The reception area of the hotel is fairly new and modern and quite nice. The room I had was 620 and it was a terrible room. Very old, partially modernized, but some aspects really old. The toilet had a urine smell and after raising with reception, nothing changed. No wireless internet in the room, only LAN but that doesn't allow...

Sorry but the comment that the system is old was just not good enough. Our toilet did not flush for 2 evenings without us manually pouring water down it. We asked for help and no one even bothered to come to our

Easy hassle free, Good location for vector arena, only 10 minute walk. also helps being able to catch the cheapcabs for $35 each way from the airport to the CBD. Makes the trip affordable when coming from out of town.

Paid $229 and expected more for my money - room was quite dated especially the bathroom. Foyer nice & staff were polite. I guess you pay for location , it is across from Westfield & Queen Street, walking distance to Waterfront & Vector Arena. Definitely could do with a refurb or decrease in price

I stayed here for one night as a special treat, using a deal from a 'Daily Deal' type site. The majority of the staff were helpful, but not exactly forthcoming - not going out of their way to offer help. On check-in, there was a larger group of international guests in front of me, who were taking some time. It...

We came to see a show which we saw many years ago on our honeymoon. The hotel upgraded our room - we were very impressed. Overall we found the staff helpful, friendly and very professional. Our room looked our over the harbour. It was clean and tidy. There was some noise from mechanical plant above, but this didn't worry us...

Fantastic view from the restaurant on the top floor. Friendly staff. Coming to the actual room - that's where we were a bit...

Good value and central location. This visit I had to return to the reception desk twice after my key repeatedly did not work. I had stayed here a few years back and seems like since then the rooms are in need of updating. The toilet switch needed some convincing to work. Then went up to the restaurant which looked lovely...
