We stayed here for one night this week as we were visiting friends in Auckland. The B&B is very well situated in Mount Eden and is a great base for hassle free access to the city by car or public transport. There was plenty of off street parking which is a plus for somewhere so central. Our room on the first...

Stayed here for six nights at the end of October. Our room was on the upper floor and had a nice view of Eden Park. It was extremely comfortable and clean. People have commented saying the bathrooms our really small. By American standards that is probably true, but I have had way smaller bathrooms in Europe. Our bathroom here had...

My husband and I recently stayed at the Bavaria Bed & Breakfast Hotel on the first day or our trip to New Zealand before traveling to a conference in Hamilton. The inn was in a cute neighborhood fairly close to the airport. We had a pleasant day walking to the nearby volcano crater and then to town. The rooms were...

A warm and comfortable B and B that has loads of personality. You are invited into a vibrant home that is comfortable and clean. This helped by the owner Eileen who brings light and ease into your stay. The breakfast is a bonus. Mount Eden and Dominion Road is within walking distance and gives you access to many restaurants and...

A small B&B Hotel just 20 mins from downtown by bus, in a clean, quiet neighborhood. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the best part is the friendliness of the manager Eileen, and her staff (her son and daughter also help out and interact with the guests). Breakfast was very good, enhanced by the family like atmosphere with Eileen and...

Stayed here overnight, queen room, warm and it was quiet and peaceful, clean. Only issue was I was told breakfast was 7am, went at 7am (I'm very prompt when travelling) not ready, ate my own food instead wasn't a big issue for me, but the place was worth my money. Central location.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed staying here. Breakfast has always been from 7.30 to 9.30. We do our best to accommodate those that need an earlier start time and often suggest that they pop down at seven as breakfast is being set up or we offer an early breakfast option for those that need to...

Stayed June 7th thru 12th. Great location. Close to the airport, walking distance to downtown or the bus stop is across the street. Had an upstairs room. Clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was good. Cerel and toast buffet with cooked eggs and sausage. Close to freeways so exploring the area by car was easy. Has twelve room but only eight...

Charming B&B hotel in a great inner city suburb location. Spacious, thoughtfully appointed rooms that are meticulously clean. Nice guest lounge to mix & mingle with other guests. Extremely friendly & helpful new owner. Bavaria has had a fresh injection of enthusiasm with new fresh decor and genuinely warm hospitality. We had a very comfortable stay & happily recommend Bavaria...
