Good budget hotel in downtown Auckland. Handy to University and CBD, 12 minute walk to Sky Tower or Viaduct. Rooms and bathrooms small but tidy. Staff friendly enough and basics covered. Get a corner room looking back into green space by University.

Although the location was good, I didn’t find it worth the price they charge. It’s a bit of run down . Parking is again quite expensive. It’s pretty average . Can get way better in that price. Quite small rooms and smaller bathrooms.
Not a great start to our holiday in NZ to stay in this place. Luckily only one night. We'd paid extra for a harbour view- actually got view of the industrial buildings behind the docks and a distant glimpse of the sea. No decent places...More
