Easy to find. Parking info should have been presented before we turned up as it was over a main road and not ideal with little kids. We had three kids and there wasnt a roll a way bed ready for us we had to ask. Otherwise it was an ok place to stay. Would be great for a couple as...

Great place to stay. So close to town, the airport bus route and the free shuttle to dress mart. We have stayed numerous times over the last few years and find the staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great size and have everything you need.

Checked in after 30 minutes of mucking around trying to find booking. Got checked in, room was great. Emailed confirmation to email on biz card sitting on counter. Next morning I...

We had a room Sunday and Monday nights, over Queens Birthday Weekend. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. It was great to have a kitchenette. We were on the entrance level but this did not really matter to us. It would be great however, if they advised people about booking parking at Wilson Carpark before arrival. This is $20/ day...

The apartment strategically located next to universities' area, just 3 minutes walking distance to queen st and there's a convenience stores next to the entrance. The room is quite small but for a single traveller, it would be enough. Facilities are good as they include toiletries, kitchen utensils, and heater. staying for 6 nights here is more than conducive for...

I stayed here one year ago, it was not enjoyable. HOWEVRER, my stay this weekend was most enjoyable, everything was as it should be. The staff were helpful and I had a very quiet and comfortable stay. Thank you very much Waldorf Tetra :)

Serviced apartments not a hotel so take into account there is little amenities available other than your room. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable bed. Location is up a steep street, not the easiest to navigate. Lack of decent food places nearby, and weak Wifi. Price is good for Auckland if you can get this for around $100.

Didn't have the room we wanted (2 bedroom apartment) so they gave us separate rooms and we didn't find out until check in. we did not want hotel rooms alone so we shared one and the other one ended up being a waste of time. Express how we felt to the front desk but couldn't get a refund or one...

Went to Waldorf St Martins by mistake first which is nearby, but they confirmed we were staying in Waldorf Tetra and told us how to get there. Handy location to city and rooms were tidy and ideal for what we were after. Minor issues such as bathroom light not working, stove elements not hot enough to cook on and jug...
