The apartment is well located near to the city centre and the room rate is good. We had two rooms (bedroom and loungeroom with small but adequate kitchen) and were more than happy with both. They are not big but perfectly adequate. Staff is good too. We did not have a car but the location is so close to the...

Awful!!! The apartment had no air conditioning and was so hot it was unbearable. There were 2 fans but it was so hot in the room that they did nothing. Outside was a cool 23 degrees which isn't at all warm but inside was so hot you got an instant headache from the heat. I ended up Sitting the corridor...

The apartments are 2-3 min walk to Queen street and around 12 to the port. It is a good location and you get good value for the money. Spacious apartment. View is not great but it didn't matter for us.

This was the second Waldorf we stayed at in Auckland (we also stayed at St. Martin's.) This one was more expensive and not nearly as nice. We had a 2 bedroom on the 10th floor with a view over the noisy street below. The elevators stank of smoke and our room smelled like a toilet. The walls of the bathroom...

We stayed just one night but our stay was pleasant. Everything was fine. We had two bedrooms apartment with nice balcony. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The only problem was that the parking is away from the building.

We stayed here on our last night of 21 nights in New Zealand and it was my least favourite of everywhere we stayed. However, it was one of the cheapest. The apartments are well situated although there is a steep hill to walk down and up into the centre and back. The area is quite noisy but this wasn't a...

Arrived at the beginning of February and the room was very hot and small. Staff were nice enough to bring up a fan thank goodness as most hotels in New Zealand do not have air conditioning. Very convenient in the city centre being near good food places, bars and shops.

I booked this hotel for my parents as they were visting me in Auckland for a few days. They got a spacious room/apartment on the 4th floor. The room was clean and at a very good standard, and the kitchen was well equipped. My mother had a tiny complaint about the sink and the drain in the bathroom not being...

Easy to walk to main city area. Plenty of convenient stores next to the accomodation. It can be a bit noisy as it is close to the main road. The bed is a bit too soft. Nothing exciting. However it is an easy to get to accomodation. And very affordable too.

We signed up for a studio apartment. I guess the studios are all located in the basement. It was quite toasty at night. The room was clean but small The location is good but not great. The person at the front desk was helpful.
