The location of this classic hotel in Auckland is perfect. You can find near this hotel almost everything to have a nice trip. There is a problem in whole Auckland about the internet connection. In this hotel (as it is in almost all hotels in the area) the internet connection is poor and expensive. The facilities of the hotel are...

This is quite adequate accommodation at a reasonable price considering it is a short walk from the Sky Tower and casino as well as other downtown attractions. Our room was clean and had standard hotel decor. The air conditioner was not working and despite making the reservation months before for a couple, the Deluxe room had single beds.Staff were helpful...

The hotel had the best front counter customer service staff, courteous, helpful & efficient. They also were very accommodating with the check ins & also stored luggage for short excursions away from their location. The units were comfortable & clean but could use a little tlc cleaning of carpets, etc. Rooms on the 10'th floor still experienced street/traffic noise, as well...

Stayed at Auckland City Hotel for two nights till 31 Mar 15 during a transit to New Caledonia. The hotel was nice and comfortable with basic necessity and a big queen size bed. Bath room was neat and clean. The cafe was pleasant surprise, it provides good varieties of breakfast on the go. Having situated a street away from Sky...

The internet is so slow as to be useless. It's especially annoying since it's not free. On top of that, you can only use one device at a time so it's no good if two people, let alone a family, want to use the Internet. On trying to check out because of these problems, I was told one bad to...

We booked through Hotels.com and there were no problems with check in. We arrived at 1am to a smile and nice welcome. We received 1hr per day wifi on check in. The room was more than we imagined it would be. It had a large bed area with comfortable double beds and fluffy pillows. There was a very convenient kitchenette...

This hotel, while nothing spectacular as accommodation is right in the centre of Auckland and is very close to Skycity and other inner city attractions. Its biggest problem is parking for motor vehicles as there is limited parking from a side street a nd the system of going to the desk in the lobby and paying 25 dollars as a...

A very nice option in Auckland. Although it is in the business district, it is easy walking distance to most destinations. Nice rooms, great beds and hot showers, friendly and helpful staff and a cool overall vibe. They give you an free hour of WiFi per day, which is better than many places but not as good as others -...

Excellent service, compact and functional rooms, well appointed hotel. Close to sky tower, short walk to Queen Street. Only downside was the Hotel is close to the City Mission, which wasn't really an issue.

The rooms are overpriced for what you get, there is no AC, just a large portable unit in the room which is REALLY LOUD!!! The bathroom is very basic, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend for a stay longer than a couple of nights though. We liked the location, there is a nice pub across the...
