It's a cute little place to have some food at, and both the beers and the pizzas were quite delicious, however, the guy that brought us beers was plain rude. The ambiance was very nice, though, and we enjoyed it anyway.

Spent a great couple of hours here after a busy day at Goat Island. Great staff and really good pizza (and the sticky date or banana fritters for dessert!) Playground keeps kids and teens happy for ages. Visit this if you in local area - you won't regret it.

We booked this accommodation having seen photos on their website that looked good, and had to be in that area for the weekend. The photos must have been taken with a special magic lens as the whole place is a dump. Check in was a real challenge - the place was closed, signs up saying closed, not a soul in...

We booked last minute for one night and were told that cafe would be closed so our dorm room door would be left open. But we weren't expecting the whole place to be completely empty, kind of felt like we were in a bit of horror movie... with the flickering lights, spiders everywhere, concrete floors, long dark dingy corridor and...

My first time to the Leigh Sawmill Cafe for Saturday night entertainment, unfortunately I wasn't quick enough to arrange accommodation at this very popular entertainment venue, so next time I will be quicker in my approach as I definitely wanna go back again. I would describe it as an extremely romantic setting that can quickly turn into a pumping nightclub...

Before we arranged to spend a night at the Sawmill, we fully understood this was a party accommodation. We were quite happy with the basic room, but regardless of how basic accommodation is, it needs to be clean, comfortable and allow you to get to sleep (eventually). Sawmill accommodation offers none of these things. Such a pity considering how awesome...

Had an exceptional meal here with friends one evening. All our meals were good. The pizza is excellent. Steak was outstanding. Ambiance is very nice. Waiters were casual but right on top of service. Very comfortable and attractive building decor.

Stopped here for lunch between Pakiri Beach Horse rides and the Goat Island Marine Reserve. The food was good and hit the spot. I have the fish and pork belly tacos. Both were good but I think my favorite was the pork belly. The rest of the family had fish and chips, seafood pizza, the ham and pineapple pizza and...

I booked a room here and it was basic but ok. The fridge was noisy, the TV didn't have a signal and there was no one around. It felt pretty isolated and lonely. My girls were a bit spooked. When I tried to check out, the cafe was locked up and there was no one to be found. I just...
