Warning! Absolutely terrible. I booked a room advertised in agoda that stated air conditioning, towels and a shower, and received a room with no air conditioning, no towels and a shared shower. I had checked in after hours and attempted to call the hotel to complain but the phone never answered. Subsequently complained via agoda with photos of the booking showing proof, and the hotel replied with no apology and no refund. Unfortunately if you stay here then the room might be totally different to what is advertised and don’t expect any fairness or reasonable service.

Terrible place. The other people who stay here don’t seem to have respect and keep being noisy gone after 11pm, the private room supplied no towels even though theres a shower, no toilet, no quilts, have to pay for wifi. This hostel attracts guests with no money and with no social skills who are very selfish towards other guests due to the noise.

This is a good basic hostel. Our private room was big enough with a desk and wardrobe as well as a private shower. The toilet was next door. The kitchen facilities were ok with cooking equipment and cooker but no bbq facility. The laundry was good and there was an ironing board and iron available. There was also a hairdryer. We met some interesting people and had good chats in the social area. Please note THERE IS NO LONGER A SWIMMING POOL.

Stayed in two other hostels in Perth and conclude this one is the best considering price and quality. There are better inns, but way more expensive. Standard of cleanliness is acceptable. The helpfulness of the staff is fine; kitchen and shower facilities are good. Location is close to the center and a Free Cat bus stop. The area is quiet. Compared to other hostels this one is quite spacious with a large kitchen and common areas. A pity the outside area is dominated by smokers (even in the morning). If you are unlucky the common room with flat screen television could be quite noisy. Just one guest who wants to see car races and you better leave. I would have been happier if the ash trays in the courtyard would be emptied and cleaned thoroughly regularly.

1. Randy the frontman was very helpful and friendly. 2. Room was clean (we took the twin room) 3. Clean toilet and bathrooms. 4. RedCat bus stop near the Inn. 5. if you don't want to take the bus, you can always walk to the town centre. When we were there the weather was very hot, it would help if the Inn could provide desk fan in the rooms.
