We stayed in Adina Apartment Hotel in Barrack Street after visiting family in Kalgoorlie. The apartment is very spacious with excellent facilities and centrally located a 4-5 minute walk from the train station.

I booked the stay whilst visiting friends from interstate so we could be in the CBD for the Australia Day Skyworks event.
We booked a 2 Bedroom Premium Apartment which suited our needs for the 2 night stay.
Parking was prebooked for $30 per night and easy to find, though the parking areas are tight to navigate even in a small SUV.
Check in was seamless and the staff were very helpful (Especially Chuck).
The room looked like it had recently been refurbished, there was a damp smell in the air though. Good sized rooms, we decided to add on a rollaway bed for the child. This cost $50 per night extra but was well worth it.
The beds were king sized and really comfortable.
Bathrooms were fine, albeit could have used a deep clean to remove mould and dust from some areas.
The living area was fine too with comfortable sofa and a good sized TV.
The balcony area was ok, but the air con unit heat made it impossible to sit outside.
We tried the pool area which was very small but clean and nice for a quick dip.
The only fault we found was that only one lift was working which made it very difficult getting up and down to the room due to a really busy weekend and also staff having to use the lift. You were unable to walk down the stairs as the doors were locked.
On check out Linda fixed up my bill and shown me on the system my previous charges and balance as it was a little confusing to start with.
Overall I’d recommend staying here for a few nights if you want a great central location in Perth CBD with a no frills experience.

We checked in in the early hours of the morning and were allocated a corner suite. When we awoke the next day we realised that the room was rather dark, and as we were staying for nine nights we asked at reception if we could change rooms. The receptionist, Cris could not have been more helpful; she found us a lovely bright and spacious room, and even escorted us to take a look to see if it met our satisfaction. We moved and were very happy in our new suite. It was really well equipped with a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, bedroom with super sized and very comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and tub, laundry room.
The hotel is in a superb location, handy for everything in the city. Highly recommended.

We had stayed before & were given a room on the 8th floor, which was fine, this time we were relegated to a dismal room on 4th floor for 7 nights .Interestingly, our daughter booked for the first time for only 5 nights & was given an 8th floor apartment. Is this, I wonder, their policy ?? Get them hooked then drop the standard ?

Upon check in we decided to go with their Green Policy which was not a problem & offered really fast internet speeds, probably the fastest so far found in a hotel.

As someone who had used the original Kent St property in Sydney when opened for a conference venue, & many times after as a corporate client I have used several locations as a private individual but this experience makes me wonder what is going on.

The AC vents were jammed, there was only one TV remote, the cutlery etc was minimal & why provide a microwave without any suitable containers ? We had visitors one evening & my daughter requested reception to provide sufficient plates etc for 6 & that was acted upon PDQ, but, why all we had was rudimentary supplies in the first place ??

Yep, cannot argue with the location although car parking charge is excessive even compared to downtown BNE. Even so next time we shall have to reconsider the alternatives`.

Everything you need in the room. On a 3 week trip from the UK it was good to have access to washing and drying facilities. The kitchen was well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Very conveniently located to shops and restaurants as well.

Dear Cmlapham, Thank you for taking the leaving a comment here on Tridapvisor and thank you for the wonderful score. I am glad to see that you had a satisfactory stay and enjoyed the many advantages that the apartments have to offer. A full equipped kitchen and washing facilities are truly wonderful and ideal for long travels or longer stays. I would be wonderful to welcome you back one day, if your journeys ever bring you back this way, or to have you stay with one of our sister properties in Europe

We stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel in a two bedroom apartment for one night. The room was dirty. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were crumbs, hair and dirt on it. There were handmarks on the table, TV, drinking glasses and toothpaste on the basin. The showers were cold. We went out to the balcony that had a used condom, cigarette lighter, TV remote and rubbish on the tin roof which was your view. Although the hotel is in the middle of Perth City it was not the safest or nicest part of the City. There is parking provided for $30 which was probably the best thing about the stay. We asked if we could move rooms and the Staff advised that they would send a cleaner up to re clean the room. They did not seem surprised by this requested. The cleaner never came. We paid $481 for the night so it was not cheap and not value for money. I would not recommend the Adina and would not stay there again.

The apartment is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and within easy walking distance of Perth city attractions. Room was well appointed with enough kitchen utensils to cook in. Room freshness was the only issue (mainly due to cooking i imagine) but easily fixed by opening windows and balcony door to let the fresh air in.

Fantastic location near the major shopping area with supermarket selling produce and fresh meats at reasonable prices. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare affordable meals. Comfortable dining and lounge areas in the 2 bedroom suite.

Bring your own laundry detergent if you intend to wash clothes there.

I'm one night into a four night stay in a studio apartment, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Adina Apartment Hotel on Barrack Street! I received a very warm welcome upon arrival and was given clear and complete instructions about my stay. My studio apartment (36) is exactly as it appeared in the photos, arguably larger than the photos imply. I've got an amazing city view from the generous balcony., The room was spotlessly clean when i arrived, and has been cleaned today whilst I was out exploring the city. The location is fabulous: walking distance from anywhere in the CBD, with great transport links to anywhere further afield. The kitchenette includes a decent size fridge with small freezer compartment, a sink and everything you need to wash up, plentiful crockery, glassware, and cutlery, as well as a microwave and kettle. There's even an iron and ironing board! Storage is plentiful, the wardrobe having a huge double mirror frontage. The king-size bed (two conjoined singles, as is the industry standard) is very comfortable, as are the four pillows. The seating area inside is also very comfortable and there are cushions for the two balcony chairs in the wardrobe. The air-conditioning is efficient, quiet, and the remote-control is easy to understand (I loved being able to adjust during the night without getting out of bed!). The pool is small, but perfectly formed! I had it all to myself for most of the afternoon. If I was forced to find something negative about my stay, I'd say the coffee supplies could be replenished when the rooms are cleaned (there's a lot of green tea!). But I'm an absolute glutton for coffee in the morning, so that's really nitpicking!!! I'm so happy to have chosen Adina Apartment Barrack Street, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We just stayed one night here, for a longer stay we wouldn’t stay at this accommodation. It’s getting old, especially the carpet! For the quality offered the price is quite high. You have even to pay for washing powder (very small doses for 2$ each).
