Our room was spotless. I especially appreciated the quality of the bathroom products along with extra-large, thick bath towels. Staff were lovely and welcoming, and a special thank you for acknowledging our Anniversary with some lovely treats. Would definitely recommend!

Nice location close to a huge central park and bus stop just around the corner, busses were free whilst we were there so left car in garage and used busses for the most part as well as ubers. Room was clean and suitable for the four of us, even if a bit pricey. Only negatives were the carparks were very tiny and although they do have some wider ones available for bigger cars, we found the small hatchbacks had nabbed these, so made getting in and out of car/parking spaces challenging. The other negative was the lounge furniture which was not that comfortable, ok for a couple of days but not for a week. Tried to use Didi and Uber at 4am to get to airport but a couple accepted then cancelled and left us high and dry, so cant rely on them thats for sure.

I stayed for 4 months from February 2022 and was able to live very comfortably. In addition to a room large enough for long-term stays, a kitchen space where you can cook yourself, a washing machine and a refrigerator, I think there is nothing missing such as daily garbage disposal. We also have on-site parking, which is not often found in serviced apartments, which was very helpful, albeit at an extra charge. Regarding access to CBD, at first I was wondering if it would be better to stay at a central hotel, but I am troubled because it is a 20-minute walk and there are quite a few free buses to the city center. There was nothing at all. In addition, in terms of the environment, it is not noisy because it is not in the center, and it is very blessed to be able to go for a walk to Kings Park on foot. The staff are kind and I would love to stay again.

As other have noted this place could do with a make over. Units are a bit tired. Major step down in quality from the Quest on Mounts Bay where we stayed recently.
Only one air con for the whole of a two bed apartment which is cheap, and just doesn't work, apart from raising privacy issues unless you know your travelling companions very well. The description says "air conditioned". It isn't.
Big signs saying you get fined $750 if you set off the smoke alarms (guys, design a kitchen so it doesnt...).
Quest don't own the whole block, so some of the apartments in the building are privately owned. Might explain the run down public areas. Also means all the easy to access parking spots are reserved for owners so you will have fun parking when its full.
Faces a busy road. The noise proofing in the bedrooms is however excellent, unless of course you have to open a window cos there is no air conditioning....
The location is pretty central and close to KIngs Park which is great. But note this is a mostly office area so most cafes and restaurant are shut at the weekend. Free CAT bus to centre is only a 5 mins walk away though.
The staff are unbelievably helpful, but they are are only there 9am to 3pm at weekends. After that you have to call a call centre which gives limited support.
We would have moved out after one night (and to be fair we were offered a full refund on the unstayed nights) but it was a busy weekend so had to stay put.
If you have a choice, or this is very discounted go elsewhere, at least until they modernise the place.

Thank you Bob M for your recent feedback, and for choosing Quest on Rheola. Feedback is appreciated, and allows our team to grow, and improve our property facilities. It is disappointing to read that you felt our property requires a ‘make-over’. We believe that our property is well maintained and comfortable, with numerous guests complementing on location and apartment facilities. There is differences between properties and it is our aim to ensure all guests are welcomed and feel comfortable throughout their stay. Our guests services team are only too happy to offer solutions where guests are not comfortable, areas such as Air Conditioning, can be resolved and the flow of the air can felt in all bedrooms, however as you have mentioned with bedroom doors opened. Should there be a privacy concern, we can also provide additional cooling for each bedroom. Our location is convenient to Perth CBD, West Perth area and Subiaco, also within close walking distance to Kings Park Botanic Gardens. Our guests services team are also only too happy to assist should guests feel the apartment allocated is noisy, and relocate to a quieter apartment where possible Our Food & Beverage offering is like most other Quest properties, where we do partner with local restaurants and cafes, also offering a delivery services with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. As our apartments are also fully self-contained and offering a full kitchen, we do also provide a pantry shop service to deliver your groceries to your apartment pre-stay and during your stay. Our guests service team, is available throughout your stay and only a phone call away. As our reception hours are limited, we do have a local team at our CBD property that can assist with any queries, and beyond this an emergency after-hours team located onsite to assist overnight. It is disappointing to read that you felt the after hours service was not sufficient to your requirements, and will be looked into further. We do hope that despite some grievances, we are able to welcome you back to Quest on Rheola in the near future.

The new tables in apartment are smaller than on previous visits, prefer larger for eating in front of tv.
An idea for making parking easier (and I have had many visits, so I know it well), would be to extend the markings from the floor up the walls to make it easier to centralise vehicle in the bay.
The wifi access has become much easier to log in, but what about making it more secure.

Excellent customer service, hotel was clean and well presented. Little choccie treat was a hit with the kids, they accomodated a trundle bed for our little one. Carpark is small so tight squeeze for bigger cars, towels are smallish and very noisy from mainroad traffic. Overall very happy with stay it was close to our stadium

The staff at Quest Rheola are on top of their game.
I travel around Aus for my work. I had last minute interstate travel arrangements to be made and they delivered when no one else would.
Great telephone booking/info service, communication, arranging accommodation rooms to suit, following up for late arrival check ins, etc.
I had to isolate for 2 weeks (border direction) and the one bedroom apt was ideal.
Spacious, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart TV with apps with all functions fully set up via tv remote, balcony, windows that open (in bedroom also), amenities, work desk, etc.
I was greeted with welfare calls everyday to see how I was doing and they delivered online grocery orders directly to my door without hesitation.
The ladies at reception, Brianna, Dalal and Siti provided exemplary service, very efficient and always assisted with a smile. Thanks again!
Quest on Rheola will now be my first option when looking for a place to stay in Perth.
The location is good too. It borders the remarkable Kings Park, with supermarkets, bottle shops, petrol stations, hospital, all very close by.

I chose Quest on Rheola because of its location close to Hospitals and I had stayed with Quest in various places previously. All staff I dealt with were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room had everything you could possibly require and was very clean and well furnished. I will most definitely recommend Quest on Rheola to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very nice property in close proximity to Subiaco. The 2 bedroom unit had 2 bathrooms too which was not expected and great value for parking at $10 per night. We would definitely come back. The only small issue is the bedroom do not have block out curtains so like most places it gets light very early in the morning.
