The staff were fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. The facilities were beautiful, the on site restaurant was fantastic with great food, and the location was great because we could walk to the CBD easily but we didn't get much boise from the CBD traffic.

Property is clean and staff are friendly and professional. However it is showing its age, with worn mattresses and a musty smell. The layout is good and amenities in the room are all there to make the stay comfortable.

Easy access to Convention Centre & city through undercover walkways which was great given the weather was wet. Apartment clean & spacious & food at Metro was enjoyable & convenient. Would stay again in the future.

Great stay, clean and great service Nice and easy walking distance to the city with lots of the local bars and restaurants walking distance... Even better if you have a function at the exhibition centre as it's right across from it!

I was in Perth for work and sadly had my handbag stolen. I went back to the hotel and was helped so much by a kind and compassionate staff member named Jezebel. She made such a difference to my situation and really helped me out. The hotel itself was lovely but it was Jezebel who made me a great fan...

Lovely staff, convenient location, very comfortable room. Am still annoyed that in 2016 one has to pay for decent internet, especially when on a work trip and needing fast internet - it should not cost extra!

Didn't have a portacot available when booked and confirmed at check in, rectified quickly though. Wrong room service breakfast brought up, quality wasn't great. Sit down meal in restaurant was lovely.
