Great location and great staff - friendly and efficient. Alas, musty smelling room which felt really cramped. Had the worst sleep due to rock pillows and concrete mattress. The room service food was truly awful - I couldn't eat the main part of the meal :(

A very well appointed hotel with excellent room facilities - good for long stays. Parking is an additional fee ($30/day). Easy walk to all Perth has to offer and next door to bus & train. Great if you are working at the convention centre as its 50m away.

Very good, everything is self contained including the laundry when you find it. Next to transport and the city CBD as well as the Convention Centre which always has events. You can walk to lots of things as well as restaurant downstairs where you can get room service for breakfast and dinner.

My wife and I spent 3 days at the Adina Apartment Hotel and found our room to be very spacious and clean. There was some noise because of the close proximity to the Convention Centre and Bus Interchange but found that having the air conditioner on at night enabled us to get a good nights' sleep. Kings Park was very...

Convenient for business trips, being in the centre of the city. Not good for a romantic getaway or views. Food from room service was great. But only 1 robe in the room and not a great deal of privacy.

This visit to the pleasant city of Perth was for business in the CBD. Normally I would stay a little further out in East or West Perth or between the CBD and the Airport. Glad I chose the Adina Apartments although as it was a pleasant stay. New, comfortable and spacious, this tricked all the boxes for me. I will...

2 singles is not a king bed. Especially when one is clearly more used and has a different level to the other. Also, when someone asks not to fold or staple the invoice so they can scan it with their phone immediately it would be nice to listen to them, not just ignore them.

Dear 449businesstraveller - Thank you for your email and my apologies that your stay did not meet your expectations. We were very lucky to have brand new beds installed in the hotel in late August meaning that our beds are only just 10 weeks old so I am surprised to hear that they were not comfortable! Please feel free to...

This apartment hotel site was very average for me. The restaurant I felt was extremely over priced for the food provided. Difficulty in accessing 'free wi fi' every day, bathroom door not able to stay open automatically & room key did not allow free access into car park daily

A colleague of mine booked the Adina because it was close to the venue we were facilitating a workshop at. Close, as in, we arrived and the Convention Centre was 50m away across the square. Short walk to the Perth CBD, short lovely walk down to the Esplanade and waterfront. There was a full sized fridge and fully-kitted kitchen -...

Dear imanxe - Thank you so much for your review! We completely agree that having a separate lounge and bedroom makes a huge difference to a stay away from home, allowing for much more space than a traditional hotel style room! Hopefully you were with us in the last week when the Perth weather has (finally!) started to warm up...
