Stayed in a studio room for 6 nights, a little small for this length of time but not much time spent in room anyway. Had basic kitchenette but no lounge or dining area as website indicated. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Small balcony good to get some fresh air. Pool out of action a shame, great location to walk...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were very good and helpful. Qantas had lost my bags and when they were delivered the staff arranged to put them into my room and call me to inform me that it was delivered. I stayed at this hotel because it is right across the road to the exhibition centre...

If you need quick easy access to the Convention Centre, this is a good option. Friendly reception but basic facilities in the room which was a basic hotel room. No separate dining or lounge area. The bathroom was small and daily housekeeping was hit and miss. Towels had small holes and one day were taken and not replaced. A request...

The staff were friendly, the service very good, and the location most convenient- particularly for the Conference Centre. Apartment clean and kept clean and well made up daily. (Towels not replaced each day in accordance with their enviro policy which was good).

If you have something on at the convention centre I would highly recommend this hotel as it located just across the driveway. It is also very close to public transport and a quick walk into the CBD. There are nice restaurants close by and it is also close to Elizabeth quay.

A few days in Perth at the Adina. Had the apartment with lounge, kitchenette, bedroom. Came with WIR. Close to city. Good service. Fairly fresh in appearance. Easy walk into town and close to train and bus. Very quiet location.

Adina is good if you are attending a conference. The apartments are getting a little dated but are ok. Housekeeping was pretty hit and miss, place was clean but room supplies like shampoo were left sometimes but not others usually got left body balm instead. Good to have a washing machine but minibar price for single sashay of detergent was...

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. The facilities were beautiful, the on site restaurant was fantastic with great food, and the location was great because we could walk to the CBD easily but we didn't get much boise from the CBD traffic.

Property is clean and staff are friendly and professional. However it is showing its age, with worn mattresses and a musty smell. The layout is good and amenities in the room are all there to make the stay comfortable.
