The apartments are large and spacious and clean and staff at the front desk are lovely. However it is very tired and quite shabby. The cost of a chocolate from the mini bar was $7 which I thought was a bit steep - plus it is in located in probably not the best area. There are sex shops across the...

Room was clean and spacious, tea and coffee making facilities had everything you need right in your room. Easy to walk to the CBD a couple of streets over. Restaurant had great food, limited selection but both breakfast and evening dining was tasty. If I was paying my own way I'd choose somewhere cheaper.

A Very nice place to stay! The location is ideal, in the heart of the Business district and the staff are great and even remember your name! The the rooms are very comfortable & clean, the food and bar downstairs is also a fantastic place to eat and drink.

If you are attending a function at the Convention Centre, stay here! It is well positioned and has a great bar/restaurant downstairs and the food is good. Only gripe is the 5 days for the 'security deposit' to clear your credit card, feels a little old school, minor detail though

A warm and personal welcome and a clean room. The shower has great pressure and lots of hot water and the bed was really comfortable. Despite thehotel being near the bus terminal, noiseis not an issue.

Nice hotel lots of good things about being downtown, front desk was good. Apts were well equipped for long stays. Clean and nice place. Close to the train, and downtown markets. Right across from the convention center.

Second visit for a city event, warm welcome, lovely room. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Great location close to station, exhibition centre and Perth CBD. Would definitely recommend for short city stays.

The Adina Apartment Hotel in Mounts Bay Road is adjacent to the Convention Centre and next door to the Elizabeth Quay bus and train stations. Had a king size apartment which was nicely appointed with a full size washing machine and dryer - always important on a long stay. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable as were the pillows....

the Location of the hotel is really close for the convention center. If you want to be a little bit away from the CBD its just a short walk but convenient to bars, restaurants etc ... The first room we were in had an electrical fault with the air conditioner and, one of the televisions didn't work and the hot...
