We had to find a place for one night only and as we were arriving very late and leaving early didn't want to pay the earth for just a sleep and shower. Perth prices are very expensive. This hotel was obviously a block of flats way back when and look ordinary. However the room was very clean and tidy and...

Very good for the price and close to some nice bars and cafes. Looks a bit like a jail from outside but the rooms are clean and comfortable with a good kitchen and superb shower. Only a short taxi ride from the airport too. The only complaint I have is no fault of the hotel, everything in Perth is so...

We booked at City Waters because it had a kitchen and we have dietary needs which is often better to cook yourself. It had a good size separate kitchen, it was quite, located in a good spot away from the traffic noise but close enough to CBD and ferries, buses and trains. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable...

We found City Waters convenient for walking to Perth shops, and also very convenient for getting to the Barrack St ferry (for Rottnest Island express). I am a light sleeper, but the hotel rooms are surprisingly quiet for such a central location. I had a good sleep each night. The rooms are not fancy, a little dark, but nice and...

This hotel surprised me. The charge indicated at least an average hotel. When, I arrived at 8 PM on Sunday, the reception was locked and had a key card dispenser. Other surprising policy was that entire room rent had to be paid in advance. The hotel looked like row houses converted to a set of hotel rooms. You had smoking...

Stayed overnight on short notice. Room was old and dated but for price and location was very reasonable. Nice staff and quality of room was clean and good size. If stayed in Perth again would consider again due to location too CBD.

This is a little jewel, my wife and I drove over from Sydney and were looking for somewhere secure and VFM in the city centre, this spot ticks all the boxes, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is right in the middle of town - 3 blocks for everything in terms of shopping and eating, and really...

Return trip - new owners form last time. Friendly service at the check in. Room some what dated but clean. My room was on the second floor so it was a walk up the stairs. If that is going to be an issue - request a ground floor unit. Only down side really was the free concert in the park...

Booked this pace based on its location. No lifts and given a room on the third floor. Got to the room and found the door had a glass panel in it, very poor for privacy as the bathroom door was right next to the front door. Once inside the room, it was dirty, the kitchenette was tiny and dirty, would...

My family of four plus a baby stayed in a 2 room apartment unit at the City Waters for 6 days in Dec 2013 during our vacation in Perth. City Waters is conveniently located at 118 Terrace Road and it is within walking distance to Hay Street and other parts of the City Centre. One can also take the Free...
