Good news!..We provide free airport pick up. It Feels safe when a staff from ozi inn pick you up from airport directly to ozi inn. We have daily free pancake breakfast, coffee/tea all day long and rice for dinner. It's all free. This is a friendly backpacker hostel NOT a hotel.if you are expecting a hotel standard...Please don't stay here. We just hate insults from customers who wants to stay cheap and expecting a hotel standard.

Booked 4 nights, stayed 3 weeks. The best time I've had in Australia! Met so many great people and the staff, Louis, very friendly and helpful. Free airport pick-up, sometimes free meals and sometimes random free tours to cool locations (for example Serpentine National Park). The hostel is located in Northbridge, close to many bars and only 15 minutes walk to the main city centre. Definitely the best place to stay in Perth. Thank you Ozi Inn!

I feel lucky that I've picked Ozi Inn as my hostel in Perth. The hostel manager,Herman is a very helpful and friendly person. He will show you the way to the places you want to visit, how you can access to public transport. Thanks to Herman for helping us to book the tour to Swan Valley enable us to get a discount with Ozi Inn, Herman drove us to the Swan Valley van pick up point the next day. When we are going back to airport,he called a taxi for us, yeah, and we arrived airport on time and also meet the boarding time.
You can have free pancake mix for breakfast, free coffee,tea,sugar all day. Free rice too. The Kitchen is well managed with all the kitchen utensils. You can stored your food either the dry or wet near the kitchen. Fridge.bread toaster and microwave are provided. Many people will busy cooking during lunch and dinner.
This place is well located in Northbridge, walking distance to Northbridge Piazza where you can have New Year countdown with live band. Near to CAT, bus station and train station. It's walking distance to Western Australia Library, Museum, and Art Gallery. Liquor store,convenient store and supermarket is nearby.
You don't have to carry key or card for room, what you need to do to access to you room is using a code. There's a code for outside door and inside door as well. Bring a padlock for your locker inside the room.
Eventually, I wanna thanks Herman for organized a New Year BBQ dinner with tasty mashed potatoes,BBQ chicken and bread.The dinner is nice.

It was really nice to stay there. It was a nice hostel-famely atmosphere. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would defentaely go back to this place. The area in Northbridge is really nice to stay and is very close to the hostel.

It is a very old building but very clean. They have free BBQ's monthly. A lot of the backpackers work there also. There are new things being improved daily and every room is being painted with new curtains and cupboards. The new Manager was super nice. Overall it was a great place were we met great people and we would stay there again.

When me and my girlfriend arrived at this hostel and saw the building we knew what we had let ourselves in for. The place looks like it hasn’t had any work done to it for years, even from the outside! When we checked in the women at the reception couldn’t see our booking, we showed her on the hostel world app that we had booked for a two night stay.
Eventually we was let up to our room, it was disgusting, it hadn’t been cleaned since it had opened by the state of it. The floor was mucky, the walls had dirt and mud on them, and the cover on the mattress had multiple cigaret burns in. Unfortunately I had already paid otherwise I would have left.
After we had spent the first night we left for breakfast and went out for the day. We came back that evening to find all our stuff was missing!! We went downstairs and found all our things just left in the hallway for anybody to take. I asked the man behind reception what was going on, he told me we had only booked for one night so they emptied the room. I then showed them the booking confirmation that I had already done when we arrived, he apologised and let us take our things back up. We are just lucky that nobody stole any of our things.
From start to finish it was a disaster and I would not recommend staying here, I left this place feeling dirty and itchy.

Simply amazing! The management just changed a couple weeks ago and everything improved a lot, buying and fixing stuff day by day. The hostel is very clean, tidy and well organized. The kitchen is open 24h, there is a car park and a very nice backyard with table, chairs and a bbq. If you come during the week is even better, because there is an amazing fireplace in the common area. 100% raccomanded.

Had a heap of fun with absolutely everyone in there. Herman (new manager) is an absolute legend & will do anything to help out if he can. It's a very central location with easy access to everything (supermarket-5 min. walk, heaps of night life-5 min. walk, central Perth-20 min. walk). Has basically all you need, & a great atmosphere. Made some really good friends (look forward to seeing you again Pauline- don't forget to call us when you're coming over) & will definately be calling in there next time i'm back that way.

Ozi Inn gave me some of the most fun filled times of the last few months. I am so glad I moved in here. Though some of the conditions are questionable. The rooms and facilities are airy and sunny to make you impartial to a bit of dirt. There are no lingering smells or dampness. The people and atmosphere is what makes the experience. All the the other things you need are there like a decent shower, enough toilets and clean counter tops to prepare food. Best of all you are close to everything. There's nightclubs, bars, internet cafes, Coles and the State library of WA. Mwah, mwah i will never forget you!

Do not stay here! I was travelling from Wales and i saw the ozi inn did free airport pick ups ( they dont really ) i landed in perth at 2 am and waited for an hour for them to pick me up, no one came so i caught a taxi which cost $40. Landed outside the hostel and went to the door, someone came to the door and said that they were closed so i asked them to get the person who was in charge of this place. He came down to the door and said were closed till the morning then i said wel you were ment to pick me up 2 hours ago and he said oh was i and walked off. By chance there was a 24hr check in not far away. The reason i was so angry was they sent me an email saying that they will pick me up and i gave a deposit down. Very poor hosting skills and managment skills.
This was the email they sent to me saying that they will pick me up. Yes Lloyd i can come and pick you up that means that your booking starts on the 22nd not the 23rd so you check out at 10am on the 28th

Our hostel check-in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10am. If you intend to check-in early then 10 am, you will need to pay for the night before. This is our hostel policy. Yes, we provide 24 hours free airport pick up. Since your arrival is at 2 am you should know and book for the night before and we will pick you and check you into our hostel immediately. For your case, you did not reply to our email confirming your booking. Also we collect upfront full payment by credit card and not a deposit like you have mentioned. Since you did not confirm your booking, therefore we did not arrange a free airport pick up for you.
