Great hotel we'll placed in the city The hotel was originally the bishops house, it has been converted into a hotel whilst still keeping the character. The hotel sits between the city and the river. The food was excellent as was the service

We recently stayed at this hotel and loved it. Very close and convenient to all in Perth - Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park, Perth central, Harbour Town etc. Loved the meal in the restaurant at very reasonable prices and staff throughout were always happy to help. Beautiful room/bathroom - we were upgraded to a Heritage Room. Only criticism we have is...

I stayed Friday and Saturday night to attend the Tennis at Perth Arena. This little hotel is fabulous, I was not expecting such a great room for the price. The bed was very comfortable, the room exceptionally clean, and well fitted out, with the biggest bath I have ever seen. Its a great place to stay in the city as...

Nice boutique room and gorgeous bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and in room entertainment options were good as well. It's a small hotel so it has a personalized feel rather than the big impersonal chain hotels. Can recommend.

We had an excellent stay here in December for 2 nights. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and very comfortable with an amazing bathroom and had been renovated very sympathetically. Had a little trouble navigating the B&O entertainment system - perhaps some detailed instructions for those more technically...

We booked a room for overnight after celebrating New Year's Eve with a lovely dinner at the Terrace Restaurant. Reception was excellent with check-in, luggage and valet parking; and the room was spacious with a mix of old and new. The bed was comfortable, and the room contained all amenities. A nice big bathroom with a luxurious bath, but there...

The Terrace ticks all the boxes being a warm and friendly hotel with lovely appointed rooms with good facilities - tea, real coffee, water, chocolates, comfortable bed, plenty of hanging/drawer space. The bathroom was good too, with a lovely shower which was so refreshing after a hot day in the city. The two things I would mark them down on...

We had a very plesant stay. Hotel and facilities are great. Comfortable bed. Luxurious bathroom. Excellent food. Two complaints though, firstly the music was loud and very loud in our bedroom and didn't finish until midnight. Secondly the toilet paper was of a poor quality. Seems trivial, but for a great hotel this wasn't expected.
