This quiet hotel seems to be full of senior citizens who enjoy travelling. The rooms are well sized , the breakfasts include excellent scones and there is even a coin op. laundry as well as a swimming pool. A free bus stops outside to take you into the centre in ten minutes. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

A dated property with small bedrooms and bathroom. No Wi-Fi in the rooms with access in reception, however logging on resulted in three different devices being corrupted. On the plus side there is excellent parking and the breakfast was good value for money.

Basic, but nice hotel. Great location next to/in King's Park. The front desk receptionist (from Switzerland?) was very helpful and nice. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Had nice chocolate mints as added touch and a good hair dryer.

This place really amazed me having stayed in various other establishments in the surrounding city area. The staff is definitely the best I've encountered. Its close to the Mount Hospital, Kings Park and a nice walk into the city. The rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. The buffet continental breakfast has ample choices. We had an evening meal that...

Perfect for one night, had everything we needed. Right next to Kings Park where we had to go for a function. Only downside was the lift was broken so we had to walk up and down the stairs with our luggage but hey who doesn't need a bit of extra exercise every now and then. Would stay again if need...

I stayed here for 5 nights/6 days in early June 2016. I think that this hotel is great value and would stay here again! Great location to the city with a free bus into and out of city to this location! Bus outside handy to get to Cottesloe Beach at reasonable price also but I bought a weekly ticket from...

We stayed here in November as my wife was running the World Masters marathon which was along the Swan River. Sullivans is good value for money and is located about a 20 minute walk from the city centre, however, the bus route is classified as within the city and hence is free. We had a deluxe room which are all...

Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff, good location - walkable to CBD or on the free bus route. Free parking at the hotel was appreciated! Room was a little dated and the AC was a bit noisy but not a deal breaker for a one night stay. Left before breakfast so can't comment on that but looked pretty good.. Thanks...

Stayed here following a manic few days in Kuala Lumpur and it was so relaxing. There is a family type atmosphere and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The reception ladies were very helpful about where to go and how to get there. There is a very useful FREE bus service stop just outside the Hotel which takes you...

We stayed at Sullivan's twice, each time for one night. It is clean and comfortable. There is an excellent free bus service from just outside the hotel, buses come every ten minutes. Be warned though, it's easy to miss the stop on the way back from town, and the next stop is miles away! Hot tip, ask for a room...
