My wife and I toured Australia ending in Perth. We stayed at The Duxton in the top floor executive area. This allowed us to have breakfast in the Executive Lounge, as well as evening canopes and drinks. The room was fantastic, great bathroom and A/C; while the staff from top to bottom were perfect. Special mention should be made of...

Stayed at this hotel during a conference and staff from the concierge to the breakfast servers were friendly and accommodating. We travelled in a big group and the hotel staff never hesitated to assist us with our needs. Even though the place is quite dated, the furnishings and ambiance still held some class in them. Our room was very spacious...

We have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened, and it never disappoints us. The rooms are large, we styaed in the spa king room which has a huge bathroom with a spa and separate shower and dressing room. The restaurant The Grill, has delious food. The hotel is in a good central CBD location, with some nice...

Had a one night stay for our anniversary. Superior King Room which was very large with an opulent bathroom with corner bath. The massaging shower head was the best! Bed was comfy but the obvious lack of free drinking water in the room, apart from the bathroom tap is disappointing. When u travel all around Asia there is always provided...

The location is my favourite in the city, not right in the main CBD but close enough to walk to everything you need. You can imagine the grandeur of the hotel 15 years ago - it still sparkles but now it is bling rather than diamonds. The rooms are perfectly adequate, nothing wrong with them but nothing that stands out....

Rooms are basic. Ac works well. I had a room with a large glass shower cubicle and also a bathtub. The carpet is a bit dated. Shower pressure was average. Bathroom amenities are smaller than other hotels. The bed is comfortable enough. All the pillows were soft to medium which suited me fine There is a minibar/ fridge. The complimentary...

At first glance this appears to be a 5 star hotel but a couple of things let it down. The air conditioning in both the rooms we used on two different visits was quite noisy but fairly efficient. The bathrooms are showing their age and one had no working fan to clear the mist from the shower. On the plus...

I attended a business seminar here. All was very efficient. Good coffee and light lunch. Pleasant venue, friendly service. Central location in Perth, with good public transport links - although they do valet parking, at a price

We really liked this hotel on our 5 day stay in sleepy Perth. It is centrally located, excellent service and value added for what you get. Free wifi and pretty strong signal. The rooms are nice, beds and bedding very comfortable, however the bathrooms are dated, but functional. Value for money comes to mind when I think of The Duxton...
