The rooms, no complaints. Clean, modern and smart. The rest of the hotel is in good order until you come to the restaurant breakfast. Quite possibly the worst hotel breakfast I have had in my life. Dirty floor, tables, buffet. Hot food luke warm. Restaurant manager rude and uninterested. Avoid at all costs not worth the money to include breakfast....

Hotel is well located for walking around Perth and getting to the main sights. The hotel is modern, the rooms are well appointed- comfortable king sized bed, TV, fridge, tea/ coffee making facilities, safety deposit. The toilet could do with a bit of a makeover but it was fine- it has free toiletries, hair drier, bath/shower. All in all the...

The location was excellent with a Red Cat Bus stop at the door. This meant a train trip from Freemantle to Perth then a bus trip to the door. The room was old and the tiles in the bathroom not properly finished but the bathroom was clean. Apart from not having the bed made up etc the service elsewhere in...

Great value meals and reasonably priced drinks with lunch specials. A good hotel in a handy location. A free bus that goes around city stops at the front door every half hour. Great for business lunches. Great staff who are very attentive.

Pillow is smelly & the toilet look old. The water tap was loose & room quite small. No hotel parking is provided & the parking is quite far if you have a lot of luggage. Not recommended for family & definitely will not stay in this hotel again

desk staff friendly and efficient. Old hotel adequately refurbished except they could not get the "old building smell out of the corridor and some lingering cigarette smoke odor in the room. Breakfast is very average and the coffee machine hopeless. Barista coffee not much better. Not enough staff at breakfast either. Better to have breakfast at nearby sidewalk café. Free...
