Ideally located neat and well-priced hotel. Very friendly staff. Restaurant downstairs, while available for breakfast, never opened in the evenings however there were a lot of others to choose from nearby. Room service and bar fridge prices are way over the top. Car parking is $30 night and limited. Both the red and blue free bus services are nearby and...

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms need updating. Basin surround had a large crack repaired which gave a poor impression. Breakfast was prepaid and very basic. When we checked out of the hotel they tried to charge us for the contents of the bar fridge which we had not touched. I told her to go and check. She found...

I booked here for 3 nights. Very handy location at a very reasonable price. Staff are always friendly. Rooms are OK and reasonably clean, but not up to the 4 star rating. But a perfect place for those on budget and aren't fussy. I will be going back there again.

Large spacious very clean room, nice hotel very central to everything, staff not that friendly, but I think that's normal for Perth, and you have to excerpt that. All in all would stay again. Great for a short stay.

Central location, close to Government House. First impressions good - modern, spacious, but impressions not sustained. Reception functional, one lift out of action (long term) so remaining one heavily used (delays), or use service lift- scruffy, functional. Very poor lighting in corridors and rooms- especially bad in bathroom. The admittedly spacious room was badly equipped- one glass, one cup etc,...

Easy check in, large room on 7th floor. Short walk from Central station & Elizabeth Quay. The room was spacious but could do with a freshen up. Located in a quiet area just off the main shopping area. Ideal for business trips. Stayed 3 nights over New Years Holiday.

Our first impressions were not good, the front door was part boarded up and one of the two lifts were not working. Our room was big and clean but dated. There is a plaque in the hotel saying it was built in 1970, and probably not had a lot done to it since then. There is a seating area outside...

This hotel was opened in 1970 and hasn't been refurbished since. But you get what you pay for. At $150 per night I can't complain. The rooms were clean and functional. Very close to Perth business district. As an added bonus the bar in the lobby offers very good, well priced food.
