Wasn't sure what to expect given the economical price for the room, but was immediately convinced by the demeanor and professionalism of the check-in staff that this was not a standard hotel. Cheerful, helpful, super accommodating with every request and all with warm smiles and patience. Close proximity to King's Park and St. Mary's Cathedral made it a perfect spot... More

Like other reviewers have commented, this hotel is in a great location to enjoy the Perth CBD and all it offers. It is very close(1 block) to both the Hay and Murray Street malls and also, Perth Railway Station and bus routes. The various tourist attractions within the CBD precinct are also within a comfortable walking distance and the train... More

The Pensione Hotel is a nice stay in very central location of Perth. As other have noted, the rooms are small--but you probably won't be spending much time in the room anyway. Bed was comfortable; facilities were nice (laundry prices were quite reasonable); and staff was warm and friendly.

The Pensione is well situated near the centre, not too much walking distance, also on one of the free bus routes, stop outside. Room was a little small but adequate. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

The rooms are small but very nice and very clean. Comfortable beds. Good situated, close to the city, train station, Airport shuttle and city traffic. The roads around the hotel have not a lot of traffic. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Another city stay in Perth. This hotel is in a great location like many others. It is only 1 block to both malls ( the centre of Perth ). Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy but a little small, but I wasn't there to stay in the room. The staff were friendly... More

A great location, clean rooms and the beds were so very comfortable! The rooms are a bit on the small side but ok for 1 person on a business trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are not after all the add ons of a hotel, this is a good, reasonably priced hotel.

We chose this hotel mainly because it's an Expedia VIP+ hotel at a great location to see the city and good value all-around. Many f&b establishments nearby, possible to walk to Perth metro and other public transit. This is not your 5-star hotel but definitely an accommodation that is presentable and offers the modern comforts for one's visit! The staff... More

Stayed at hotel for 11 nights. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to shopping and public transport and eateries. Had no vehicle, but I believe parking is fairly limited. No clock (time or radio clock) in room. Stayed in Petite King Room. Adequate space for one. Two would be apush. Bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay there again
