Let's just say it us old...very old. However it is in a super location, very clean and reasonable value for money. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I needed the room to be cooler. As temperature is not controlled per room they suggested a fan which they supplied and it this solved my overheating problem. I is well overdue...

Was in winter. No heating in foyer. Staff are useless. Had to pay a $200 bond . Really what the hell for. For damaged shocking rooms. Pan pacific doesn't even charge that much. Had booked for 2 rooms on the one booking and they had put us on different floors. Do changed us to same floor. One of the rooms...

Location is good. Near to city. Able to walk to town shopping malls. Rooms are slightly old. Hotel is about 40 years old. I got a room with a bad view. It jus beside the car park. Thus I can hear the cars driving by.

This standard hotel close to the centre of Perth's CBD is clean and comfortable, even if the decor is a bit dated. Room prices seemed to be a lot cheaper than hotels nearby. Staff were efficient and polite. Whilst breakfast is served I was not aware of any other dining facilities in the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants...

We booked this hotel for its location as it is right in the centre of Perth. We had come off a cruise ship & were spending four nights in the city. It was close to all the nightlife, railway station & shops. We arrived early & understood that we could not access the room so we left our luggage &...

We stayed in a deluxe balcony room on the 9th floor and it was very clean, comfortable and modern. The bathroom was spotless and the towels and linen were white and clean. Well located within walking distance of everything but on the quieter East end of Hay St. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel...

This hotel has not seen a renovation since the 50's. It's retro to the max but extremely clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. There was even free wifi and two movie channels! Worth a look of you're after cheap accommodation in Perth which is sometimes hard to come by.

Well located in the centre of Perth CBD, walking distance or easy bus to all centre attractions and to airport shuttle. However, the interior is getting very tired, and needs an upgrade. Room facilities were OK but also a bit old.

Stuck in the 70's, the hotel entrance and foyer is so dark and depressing the hotel looks closed. Bathrooms need updating and a good clean. Our room was next to the supplies room so had staff banging and crashing from 6am so no sleep in. Night staff very slow and hard to understand. Restaurant attached to hotel only open for...
