What I look for in a hotel is it has to be clean, easy access to the city and helpful staff. This hotel ticked all my boxes. Yes the decor is dated and a little worn in places but our room was spotless. There was a new toilet and basin in the good size bathroom and not a speck of...

I love staying here - clean, right where I want to be in town and handy discounted parking nearby. Friendly service. Yes, the place is dated, but there is a certain romance to the 70's throwback. Do not expect the Bellagio, and enjoy!

This hotel was a major disappointment. From the abrupt service at check-in to the mouldy smell that greats you when you step out of the lift there is nothing to like about this flashback to the 1970's. Then you step into your room . . . clean is the only good thing we could say about this room that has...

4 out of 7 nights I stayed at Kings Perth Hotel for a change. The location is very central. Transport, food and moving around were so convenient, even the first timer would benefit. The room was large, clean and friendly.

What a total waste of money. Never mind coming in to the 21st century, this is locked in a very bad 1960's timewarp. Exploding crackling lights. No facilities what so ever. Poor excuse for a hotel. Dim and dark. This was also the concencus of those who paid a bit more for the "Penthouse". Wasted the vacation. Never again.

I stayed here for a night on a business trip, the up side is the very convenient location. To say this hotel is overpriced & ordinary is an understatement. The hotel smells, the decor hasn't been updated since the hotel was originally built. Stains on the carpet & couch in my room! The wi-fi doesn't work. Plenty of better value...

I stayed at the hotel. The hotel is very old. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the room. The bathroom was old and cracks in the tiles. Water pressure was ok. No water in the room. I would rate this hotel as a 2 star. Breakfast was very average. Location was good, close to shops.

Easy access to food n drink. The staff in hotel very helpful but the bed in the room so soft. The structure of the hotel was fine just a bit old. We feel that we had back to 70's. The buffet breakfast was good.

Thank Leong Y
