We decided to stay at this hotel as a family to visit Perth and we are very glad that we did!!
We booked the family suite room which was absolutely perfect for our needs, spacious and semi-private so that you could relax in the evening whilst the children slept. Would recommend booking this room as a family.
The highlight of this hotel though was the service and warm genuine welcome that we received on arrival. The Front Office team were so engaging - you could tell that they enjoy their job and working for the hotel. We encountered Sutish and James (apologies if not spelt correctly). Both great personalities and professionals who are an asset to the hotel.
We had drinks in the bar in the evening and again welcoming friendly team greeted us and served our drinks.
We had a room with breakfast included and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food to choose from and we all enjoyed our breakfast.
Location is great - easy access to the CBD, public transport with plenty of options for food in and around the area.
Highly recommend and we will be back again!

I was in Perth for some work and much needed rest. Decided to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Perth WA. I chose this particular hotel because of its location and having stayed at their sister hotel in Kuala Lumpur I felt at ease that it will be the same experience. I was not disappointed. The hotel was not too far from Perth CBD. I wanted some where not to central as well as not too far. It was easy bookings through their app and I was not disappointed when I reached the hotel. I researched that I could walk to all the locations within the CBD; Hay St and Murray St shopping area, Elizabeth Quay jetty, Kings Park & Botanic Gardens and the surrounding area. It was also central to all the transport that can take me to the outskirts, for example to Fremantle etc. The staff were helpful and showed quality service. Requested a room that had the 'outside' view. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities. I had my bookings done in stages, thinking that if I wanted to move to some where else it would be easy billing for me. Instead I stayed at the hotel throughout my 2 weeks in Perth.

We had such a good time. The rooms were spacious and clean the breakfast was nice - especially nice where the pythons to order eggs in the morning made to personal taste. But the best part of the stay by far, was the incredible professional, kind and helpful general manager. He made us feel so welcome and taken care off. Thank you

This hotel needs refurbishment! The rooms are old and tired, beds wobble and squeak. There’s no pool. Curtains let the light through and there are no usb charging points in the room. They didn’t give us enough towels, pillows or water for the number of people staying in the room, I was really disappointed and won’t be staying at a Sheraton again.

Terrible hotel - worst in years. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours open a can of coke. The hallways erupt in noise about 7am as guests leave & staff begin to clean rooms - based on the radio traffic of staff (which you can hear every word). The rooms are small, dingy & outfitted in Bunnings cheap accessories. If you just want a small, stinky room for a concert - yeah, maybe. Positives: The lobby is lovely & is very close to RAC arena. Very far from decent dining and food. 2 out of 10.

After 57 nights tital and attaining Platinum Elite status, I'm finally over staying here. At a minimum go to the Rydges 100m down the road. No deposit when checking in, helpful staff and a lot more floors to choose, not to mention proper sound proofed walls and fast internet.
We're FIFO miners and the walls are as thin on camp as they are here at the Four Points. You hear every group exiting the elevator and it's awful for sleep.
The wifi is slow. my phone is 60mbps and the wifi is 10. Rubber banding playing ps5 on their wifi is a frustrating experience.
The small fridge froze all our drinks and food we brought back.
The door latch that you can internally lock the door with was very loose. We mentioned this 2 days Jn a row and nothing was done. The third day my wife was locked out of the room due to this latch. She sat downstairs for half an hour with little more than 'your room is now ready'
I have never been given a room upgrade. Trying King size room, 2 doubles or executive suites. No offers to upgrade. Free drink vouchers for craft beers is about it, and a cup of mixed nuts.
Bar downstairs is ok. No normal beers, just craft fruity ones if that's your thing.
If you smoke outside the building, be ready to be harassed by homeless people. It has happened more than I can count. Last night tonight and we won't be back.

The room I got was very dusty since the first day of my arrival, and I can see dust accumulate on my stuff just after a day. The housekeeping service missed to remove the empty food package I left next to TV when they was cleaning my room.
The breakfast is average but what I find unsatisfied is that they failed to refill the buffet line regularly. Sometimes specific food wasn't refilled for the whole duration of my breakfast time.
While attentiveness of many staff can be described as 'good enough', a few of them simply doing their job with terrible attitude with grumpy face 24/7, especially F&B staffs.
The only good thing I can say is that it's very cheap property in term of the room rate. The location to the city center is certainly walkable. There's free yellow bus line stop right in front of the hotel.

Hi zrthmn, thank you for your review of your stay. It saddens me that we fell short on meeting your expectations on so many levels. This is not the way we like to portrait ourselves and will definitely be reviewed. Your patronage is important to us and we trust we can improve our way moving forward. Thank you, Christian

Four points by Sheraton Perth. 7-10 April 2022, room 729.
Reception was professional and quick. The staff are polite and efficient.
The room was large as booked and met expectations as requested. See photos for layout etc. Lighting is great, and the views from my room were as requested. Noise from next door room can be heard occasionally. I asked them to change the bedding after the first night as I was bitten and wokenup while sleeping in bed.
The bathroom was a good size for one or two, and nice. It has a separate good sized shower but no bath. Clean and modern and well appointed.Â
Wifi worked well and is complimentary with our room. The TV is of a good size with free to air channels and a few extra channels.
Location is the Northwest end of the CBD, but there are ample buses nearby. It's about ten minutes easy walking to the city centre, where there is a wide range of shops restaurants etc.
I didn’t see nor use the Concierge services. there is also a breakfast service but I didn't use it.
Airconditioning was good and worked well, which is nice in a hot Perth day. Sadly it took a few hours for the staff to fix it as it didn't work on arrival. The room was hot.
The room rate was below normal due to the Coronavirus which has stopped many tourists.
Overall a pleasant three to four star experience thanks to friendly staff, and a nice room. Sadly spoilt by possible bed bugs on first night. Thank you.

My room was very comfortable and clean. The overflow in the bathroom sink has never been cleaned though and could use some attention.Otherwise I couldn't fault the room.
The food however, just don't. There are so many great places to eat, I would defiantly recommend you go elsewhere for that. One evening I called to ask if any of the kitchens in house could cook me a steak, the receptionist replied that yes, they do but they wouldn't bring it up for me, I had to come down. So yes but no. Not helpful.
Some staff were average, one girl, I could tell, she was rolling her eyes when I called the front desk for anything, the night manager Will, was exceptionally helpful. I did have some outside deliveries and they were always delivered to my room in a very timely manner.
I would definitely come back again.

We only stayed for one night at this hotel, on our way home we stayed for a night prior to catching our flight. The hotel is pretty basic, a business type hotel where people might be out for all of the day.
There is a bar/pub on the ground floor and we ate there, which wasn’t that great. The food was very much deep fried pub style food and we didn’t really enjoy it. However breakfast is in a different part of the ground floor of the hotel and is a buffet. It’s worth noting that (from memory) the cost was $32 for the buffet breakfast but only $25 if you selected the breakfast option when you checked in. I thought the breakfast was well worth the $25 cost, with plenty of hot options as well as fresh fruit salads, a freshly made pancake machine, tea, croissants muffins etc.
The rooms were small and, lets face it, basic….but the beds were very comfortable indeed, with good quality pillows and a strong shower. I slept well and that is important to me.
There is a convenience store just next door with all the soft drinks, snacks, phone cables etc. that travellers need.
