Right in the heart of the city. Top spot. I walked into my room (which was very nice) but smelt absolutely putrid. Went to reception and complained. They went to check the room before giving me another one (which was quite annoying they didn't believe me!!) New room smelt normal and all quite nice. But colleagues got a bath and...

Rooms are small, but location super fantastic. If you're driving, note that you probably won't be able to get a lot at the hotel building. The nearest one given was hard to find and as expected, parking is expensive in the city anywhere!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st was in a spa suite with my family for vacation and this time for business. Great location in the heart of the CBD and within walking distance to the Perth Underground station. The restaurant is not very good though.. Would stay here again.

In the CBD (downtown). Close to water front and parks and public transportation and trains. Roomy, well equipped, King bed, sink, fridge, stove top, microwave. Staff really helpful. WiFi sucks so a star dropped.

We found our stay at Citadines St Georges Terrace to be a very good choice. It is very central to everything and you can walk to the Murray and Hay Streets also to Elizabeth Quay and bus interchange. Our room was as a Studio Executive very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Lovely big room for 4 nights, bed was a little hard and gave me a stiff neck. Was on the 8th floor, windows don't open and there wasn't a view. Small kitchen in the room, it only had two hobs on the stove, which was only what we needed HOWEVER the pans provided were too big and couldn't fit them...

In Perth on business. Unable to park out front to check in as it was in the Clearway period. Be aware that these guys are tenacious in towing and impounding vehicles. Difficult to find access to rear perking. I phoned and the front staff were exceptionally helpful in a stressful situation in assisting me and came out and went in...

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the reception staff were not that friendly..... Picky I know! But customer service is important too. The room was perfect and the food perfect. Spacious accommodation, very good location as it is walking distance from main transport hub, right in the middle of the CBD. I recommend it. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be addressed. The discounted rate is worth the money.
