My third or fourth stay here, and still feels as comfortable as the first time I stayed here. Rooms are big and airy, service is friendly and Ivy and Jack restaurant is as good as ever. Centrally located so it’s convenient to get to places within the city as well.

Holiday Inn Perth City Centre
We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 4 and 2 nights split by a trip down to Margaret River.
The location of this hotel is good, right in the heart of Perth CBD, free buses run from outside the hotel and the railway station is a 10 minute walk away.
The quality of the hotel is what you would expect of a Holiday Inn.
Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with reasonable prices.
Our bedroom was spacious with good Air Con, Wi-Fi and a free Security Box plus everything else you need Including tea and coffee. Fresh towels and linen were provided every day with good housekeeping.
The bed was large, comfortable and was provided with hard and soft pillows which were great.
The bathroom only had a wet room shower which was good the only criticism was slightly low water pressure.
The hotel has a happy hour every day between 5-6pm when beer is $8 a pint. On Thursdays there was a special offer of selected beer at $5 a pint all day so you can’t wrong with that.
During our return visit the bar and restaurant was closed because of the Covid-19 virus, a limited room service menu was available with a charge $4 per tray delivered to your room.
All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
There are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Overall we had a comfortable stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

We arrived around 8:00 am, after a night flight from Hong Kong, but the wonderful Lily at the front desk found a room (#726) for us. It was a tad smaller than most of the others on the 7th floor, but it was quiet, and we were able to recuperate after flying all the way from Vancouver, Canada. The bathroom was a good one, but the showers should have one or two grab bars for older guests, or ones with balance problems. We were able to get two thin blankets to replace the excessively heavy duvet, and two latex pillows to replace the bulky ones in the room. We ate breakfast every morning, and found it to be one of the best (variety and quality) we have ever had, anywhere in the world. We also had supper in the hotel: always good. One of the two computers (connected to a printer) always worked; the second one, not so much. Apart from Lily, Elizabeth, Matthew, and ALL the staff in the hotel and restaurant were wonderful: helpful and friendly. The location is superb: right in the CBD, and within walking distance of the ferries, the railway and bus stations, restaurants and shops.

We syayed her late November and were given an accessible room. The bathroom was adequate the only downside was the doorway was a little tight to get wheelchair in but manageable The location was perfect with easy access to transport. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops close by. We did visit the hotel Bar a few times for a few drinks and ate at the restaurant. We took the bus from the Airport which was accessible and the bus stopped close to the hotel just a short walk. We would fully recomend this hotel for location and accessibility. A short walk to the train station and you can take a trip to Freemantle and Rotness Island both accessible.

This was booked through an agency so was not our choice. Holiday Inns can vary so we tried to keep our expectations low. On arrival we were shown to a room which was quite acceptable but with a wall just a few feet from the window. We asked to change and this was done willingly and the gentleman who had to move the bags did so with a smile. The second room was excellent and without even asking, a chair was bought for the shower as I am disabled. And he would not accept a tip!!! To sum up - spotless, spacious room, good location, lovely helpful and friendly staff.we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Right in the CBD. I can't pick particular staff members as every staff member was friendly, always had a smile and always greeted you in some way even if they had seen you earlier that day. The foyer though not huge was very clean and tidy, check-in was welcoming and easy. Pur room was very clean and tidy and was cleaned every day if we wished. The bed was comfortable. The room though not overly spacious had two arm chairs to sit in without being overcrowded. Room service was quick and the food great. Reception would ring and nake sure everything was ok with your room service. Breakfast in the restaurant was to me nothing new. Pleasant food and variety of food. Won't let my feelings change me as i would stay here again. The location to the CBD is great able to walk everywhere. Easy to get to local train station and one of the free buses goes right past the hotel. Thank you Holiday Inn Perth for making our stay in Perth a great one. To the manager you should very proud of your staff, they do you proud.

The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, allowing us to store our Corica's apple strudels in their refrigerator until check-out. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby establishments.
The room size was suitable for a couple, and it was evident that the room had been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Despite staying for three nights, we didn't request room cleaning. Surprisingly, even though the room had carpeting, my nose didn't react adversely.
Overall, our experience was fantastic.

The location was great on Hay Street and close to shops. It was also a short walk to Northbridge. Rooms were clean and breakfast was really good and nice. It could have more variety on different days as it was basically the same items except for one of the Asian dish. Staff were very friendly and parking was really nearby but chargeable at $30 a night and closes at midnight. No swimming pool or gym at hotel by it was fine as we were out most of the time.

The dark passages led to OK room. Arrived very tired after a long flight but was hungry. Ordered a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich which arrived cold, had a slice of packaged cheese on thickly cut cheap white bread with a slice of tomato. The filling was so meagre that it didn’t even cover the bread. Not as much as a leaf of parsley - just two limp wedges overlapping one another. Too exhausted to complain and just put it in the passage outside the door. The hairdryer had a broken nozzle and I told the reception desk about this but nothing was done. The hotel restaurant, Ivy & Jack, was the best entertainment in Perth. Was told there were no tables available but when mentioning that I was a hotel guest a table was magically found in a near empty restaurant The service was shocking - waited ages for a drink, for the order to be taken and then delivered. As expected the food arrived cold and was sent back. Staff walked around doing nothing but clocking up their steps (exercise).

Spent a week here for a business conference. Rooms were excellent, comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities for a business conference were great. The central location was also very convenient as a base from which to explore the city and surrounds. A highlight was the quality food from the restaurant downstairs. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or holiday travel - good value for money.

Greetings sohs1883,
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Toyota Commuter is too high for our offsite self parking facility as the height restriction is 1.9 metres. Valet service could be an option for you as the service caters for vehicles up to 2.3 metres. Valet service is priced at $40AUD per night.
Kind Regards,
Travis P - Front Office Manager
