Elliot the owner was really pleasant and helpful with where to go and what to see the best restaurants and even the quieter places for a bit of a relax the tourist maps and bus timetable are really well setout and easy to follow getting around is easy .The bus stop is about 100 meters away just outside the Divers Tavern I stayed for a week and had the time of my life the resort was clean and tidy so close to Cable Beach and Divers Tavern, Cable Beach General store is like a mini supermarket but does meals and really good coffee and has mini golf out the back . My suite was really great it had fans as well as aircon, the bed was comfortable , full size fridge, washer, dryer, dish washer, TV had more channels than I get at home in the east, my own private patio. the staff are friendly and helpful

Broome Beach Resort is the perfect accommodation for your stay in Broome. It has everything you could possibly need - nice spacious bedroom, bathroom, washing machine and dryer, spacious lounge/dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher and full sized fridge. Wifi on Cable Beach was a bit hit and miss but you have your own modem in the room so wifi in Broome Beach Resort is quick and reliable. It is not serviced like hotels but that was a bonus as if you come back during the day and want to shower you won’t be interrupted by housekeeping. The Resort is well run and the owner very helpful. The location is great as it is a quick walk to Cable Beach and Zanders (a popular restaurant) and a 2 minute walk to Broome Beach General Store and Cafe for meals and supplies.

A delightful 2 night stay, grounds and pool are really lovely as was our apartment. Having a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a bonus, well equipped, including a good sized TV, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Clean, friendly and close to the beach and restaurants/cafes. Very comfortable, will be back 😄

The unit we stayed in needs a really good clean. We stayed in off-season and there weren’t many other guests so I’m not sure why the unit wasn’t cleaned properly. Definitely not like the pictures on the website. Has real potential to be a great place. We paid 154,000 Qantas points for 4 nights (apparently equates to $1400!) Photos attached of some of the filth. Walls dirty, stains/splashes in kitchen, toilet. Fridge crisper broken and couldn’t use, and missing plastic tray on door that milk sits in. Linen was clean.

We stayed here in June with a group of 11 people. We had 2x 3bed apartments wich perfectly accommodate all of us well they were nice and well appointed. The gardens are lush and well kept . Great bbq facilities and outdoor dining area near the pool. they had 2 pools one for the little ones and a medium sized pool for everyone else. We spent quite a bit of time around the pool area. Location was great walking distance to tavern general store and cable beach The bus stop is near the accomidation wich was great for hopping on and off to other parts of broome . The owners were fantastic and friendly very helpful with anything you might need. Over all we had a fantastic stay and would recommend this accomidation to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in broome

This accom has so much potential and staff were obliging and friendly, however. Firstly problems with logging onto their wifi, no big deal & staff resolved immediately. Secondly refrigerator didn't work & staff couldn't replace as was weekend...we requested esky & ice which was supplied, no problems. Cleanliness left alot to be desired. Guys what about cleaning & scrubbing a bit more. The doors are so grimy I didn't want to touch them. Cups were so stained. Toilet bowl...have you heard of bleach to clean it. Location suited us very well, handy to beach & cafes etc. Were not offered discount as compensation for no refrigerator, that would have been a nice touch. Pity

Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!! This place is very overpriced and very overrated. Reception staff rude and unhelpful when you have a problem . I reported a bed that moved away from the wall when I sat down , having just had major back surgery ( spinal fusion) I was worried I would fall if I sat down and bed moved from under me so had to put a chair between the beds and a table jammed against the end of the bed to stop it moving . 3 days later the morning we were leaving the handy man arrived with coasters to put under the legs The reception staff Never say they are sorry or they could have helped more just a “oh it mustn’t have been picked up by the maintenance staff.” Restaurants very over priced for what you get . Dark dingy rooms with no robes or slippers which you would expect at nearly $600 a night !! definitely not A 5 Star Resort would say more like a 3 but paying well over what it is worth . Never again Broome and Cable Beach resort you were a huge disappointment.

Well, Mandy, the first thing you should do is make sure where you stayed. You did not stay with us at Broome Beach Resort. We don't charge $600 per night, we do not have a restaurant and we do not treat our guests as you have complained about. It is quite obvious you stayed at Cable Beach Club. This place is a dump. The promoting pics must have been taken a decade ago. .As soon as we walked across the shabby thresh hold and saw the peeling paint and smelt the mould we knew that the place had been over rated. The overall lack of cleanliness especially the floors meant you couldnt walk around without shoes . The towels and bed covers were shabby and smelt. Handle fell off hot water tap whilst I was running hot water in kitchen. Then there were the flies . Big gap under back door fly screen had to be stuffed with a towel. tiny shower water ran out to bathroom door soaking bathmat etc, however good hot water. the placee needs a good clean, greasy

How very interesting. Firstly, everybody in Broome knows there are no flies this time of the year. Also, there is no mould this time of year in Broome. Our showers are oversized and definitely not tiny. If you actually stayed here and if you had a complaint, why not come and talk instead of hiding behind your keyboard or maybe you were not even here to start with. There are many units in here that are not under our control.

We have finished a week at BBR. Lovely gardens, beautiful clean pool, spotlessly clean BBQ’s (almost felt guilty using them, they were so well maintained), comfy beds, excellent quality sheets, dishwasher, washer & dryer, large apartments, extremely good air conditioning and lots of other friendly guests. The apartments had lots of helpful cooking appliances, very homely feeling.
Dawn is extremely helpful and friendly, with plenty of tips about Broome and getting the most out of the stay. Reception has a basket of pantry items leftover from other guests, brilliant idea as it saved us buying oil, mayo etc. Dawn even has a crate full of kids beach toys, so thoughtful!
Location is perfect for General Store, bus stop, pub (with bottle shop) and beach.

On arrival the bathroom had oil on the bench and had been used to clean the floor in the toilet. I nearly went ass over. Wifi was useless as could only connect near the pool. We were told our 5 indigenous students were hogging the pool, they did not stop anyone from swimming with them. Went to wash clothes, but found the complimentary laundry powder sachet was empty. No instructions for coffee pod machine.

Hi,
It's pretty easy as there is a private bus service that will take you from the airport to the Broome Beach Resort. When you collect your bags at the airport (or while you're waiting for them) look for a sign saying Broome Transit. You can book the trip there. It's not cheap - $15 each for a fairly short trip - but the driver will do a tour of the various resorts and drop you off.
Taxis can be a bit hard to come by and we were advised that it was better to get the bus.
Hope this helps.
