Overall this is a relaxing place to stay. It is not to far to walk to the town and the weekend markets are across the road. The pool is relaxing to unwind by. The couple running the place were very helpful including taking us to the airport for the rental car.

Property's Favourite Review
Our stay commenced with Geoff meeting us at the airport. Our room was not quite ready (it was only 11:30) but we checked in, left our luggage in the office and then wandered over to the markets for a while. The Courthouse B&B is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and the shops and supermarket. Breakfast is eaten around communal tables – plenty of cereals to choose from, fruit and a variety of breads to toast yourself. It can get a bit congested around the breakfast bar. Geoff makes coffee. We were going on a long day trip one day with an early start (well before the 7:30 breakfast time) so Kim provided us with cereal, yoghurt and fruit the day before to keep in our fridge. Geoff, Kim and Marilyn are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and communal areas are spotless. The pool area is very nice and despite the warm days the water was very cool. Our room (The Pearler) was airy and cool enough that we didn't need air-con. A latch on the screen door would have provided added security.

What a gem! We can't speak highly enough - from the location, the presentation, the greeting from our hostess Kim & property manger and their willingness and availability to assist with whatever you may have required, to the decor, the cleanliness, presentation, homeliness & comfiness of our room, the buffet breakfast, the outdoor bbq area, the beautifully clean & refreshing pool, the incredible tropical gardens, the availability of carparking and I apologise if there is anything else I have overlooked. It was really special at breakfast and again at the end of the day to share your plans and experiences with the other guests over a cold drink. I dont feel there is a single word that sums up all of the above other than WOW.

Lovely comfortable room with a comfy bed. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty. Not far to walk to most eateries. Host kindly transferred us to our departure place for our cruise. The only thing that troubled us was the steep wooden staircase to our room. Most rooms are upstairs. Otherwise a very pleasant place.

A wonderful, very large old-style homestead located very centrally for all the attractions one may wish to indulge in. Greeted very warmly by Kim and Geoff as well as the manageress who throughout the entire four days staying there ensured a wonderful memorable time. Plenty of local and tourist information was available in both the reception area and within the guest room, which also had an excellent Guest Compendium. The guest room allocated to us was large, containing a very large comfortable bed, table, chairs and flat screen television which regrettably could only be viewed by sitting on the bed. Being an upstairs corner room meant it had a wonderful wrap around balcony. Large ensuite contained a fantastic shower. However, a little more inconveniently, the hand basin was located in an alcove beside the bathroom, and within the main bedroom. Continental Breakfast was a gourmet delight. In all our years of travelling, never have we encountered such a vast array of choices being offered. The dining area set up also ensured an opportunity for guests to share their plans and opinions on a variety of topics. A+. On the disappointment side was the lack of a good and consistent Wi-Fi signal being achievable in our room. To compensate, one was required to make use of the downstairs reception area. Complimentary coffee in our room consisted of two (one cup) sachets for the entire four days.

Marilyn the owner was not around but the caretakers Kim and Jeff were great hosts. The house is very, very clean and save. The room (we had the one with two single beds) was well-spaced. For breakfast we got all we needed and I liked the discussions around the big table with all the other guests. The bed and breakfast is within walking distance (~10 minutes) from the center with all the shops (cooles, bottle shops, souvenir shops etc.)

We had such an incredible stay at the Courthouse BnB - definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Broome. Free airport shuttles to and from the airport and daily breakfast made our stay so much more seamless. There were multiple examples of Geoff and Kim going above and beyond in providing recommendations of local experiences and in dropping us off at nearby sites, assisting my sister (who has mobility issues) greatly. I was very happy to have my dietary requirements catered for at breakfast and little touches like having water bottles available at the accommodation and free sanitiser/sunscreen/insect repellant were greatly appreciated. We loved swimming in the accommodation’s pool and resting in our room. Also a great location to go into town and into Town Beach by foot. The Courthouse Markets are also just across the road from the accommodation. The best place to stay in Broome :)

We stayed at the small Courthouse B&B for 3 nights. The managing couple Rob and Anne were extremely friendly and helpful. Rob picked us up from the airport and did a quick orientation drive around Broome that was really helpful. Our room was large and spacious. The location is close to the main town and had easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. The local BE bus stop to Cable Beach is close by as well. Continental breakfast is nice and pool and lounge area are good places to relax in the heat of the day. We would highly recommend this as an option for a short stay in Broome.

Our stay commenced with Rob meeting us at the airport, he then drove us around to explore the city of Broome before taking us back to the B & B. He was telling us which good restaurant to visit, where to catch the bus to go to Cable Beach and other useful tips. When we arrived in the B & B we were introduced to lovely Anne who showed us the bedroom. I could not believe the size of our bedroom, it was massive, we had a balcony to sit outside and a separate room to watch TV. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast was served the next morning from 7.30 pm to 8.30pm, they served fresh cut fruits, muffins, crumpets, raisin breads, and off course coffee or tea were provided as well as juices. The honey yoghurt was delicious. I will highly recommed this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who wish to have a great time in Broome because of : The location of the B & B which was so convenient to everywhere, 10 min walk to the city, walking distance to the bus stop to Cable Beach, to Town Beach, to Boulevard Shopping Centre. The friendliness of Marylyn Brown, the owner of the B & B who was so helpful and lovely. Rob and Anne were excellent hostess who were very hospitable. Their service was amazing The rate of the B & B was so affordable considering you get everything that you want when you stay there. Accomodation is maintaned well, swimming pool area is nice. We stayed 6 nights and would definetley come back if we have another chance to visit Broome in the future. We would refer this gem to our friends.

The present managers Kim and Geoff are incredibly hard working, hospitable and helpful. They definitely go out of their way to assist in any way possible. Accommodation is maintained in an immaculate condition. Stayed four nights and would definitely return if we come to this part of the world again.
