I wouldn’t really call it a resort notwithstanding it has a pool. The first room we were booked into had a TV but no remote. The manager was very accommodating and brought three remotes, none of which worked so we were moved to another room with TV and remote. Both rooms were ‘tired’ and in need of updating. They were however very clean and quite spacious. The resort has a shuttle from and to the airport, at a cost, but very convenient. We were driven back to the airport by the owner who told us that the rooms were about to be refurbished during the low season which will raise the level. The staff were faultless, very accommodating and a happy bunch. The included breakfast was totally adequate to start the day - a self making pancake machine with maple syrup, toaster with butter and jams, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices, coffee machine all self-served in the breakfast room. The bus stops for the hop-on hop-off bus, at a small cost, were conveniently just a few steps from the resort on either side of the road depending on which route you were taking. The location of the resort was about a 15 minute walk from the Kmart, Woolworths etc mall, or one stop on the bus route, which we took in the Broome heat. The resort did have some basic food supplies which was convenient when we arrived later in the evening and needed a light meal; the kitchen was equipped with a microwave. Our experience was a happy one due, mainly, to the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful, always with a smile and going the extra mile. Thank you Broome Time Resort.

Disappointing 70’s era building, pool shadowed by trees cold could do with solar heating. Rooms basic but clean. Breakfast adequate. Wifi out of order when we visited. We had rowdy visitors one night not residing at the resort, inadequate Security.

We have had weeks stay at BROOME Time Resort. The resort is well situated midway between the town and cable beach. Most staff, other than the lady at reception on checkout, were friendly and helpful. But - don’t be misled by the photos in the web site or on FB! The resort itself is tired and in need of a major facelift. The pool area is so overgrown no sunlight comes through. Whilst the king room had everything in it, it was basic - towels are threadbare, pillows need replacing, there were 2 glasses, mismatched, 2 odd wine glasses, knives that couldn’t cut butter. Bathroom is poor ! There are great laundry facilities and ample parking. Would I stay there again ? NO !

If you are looking for the home away from experience..in a place of sanctuary and comfort...don't come here..the place has absolutely NOcharm or character whatsoever..the pillows are harder than your mother in laws welcome. And you wish you I you had just stayed home and spent money on getting the neighbours over for a pass up...it would be a LOT cheaper and a lot more fun..but..may say..the staff are awesome..the room clean and the bed comfortable...but for a time away after working your tits off..and want some one to look after you ...think About upgrading to the cable beach club..because..I had to work bloody hard to be here..and left my home comforts at home...and the owners..if they care ..will read our comments and do nothing.....they will blame it on covid...as many other businesses will do ..to excuse bad logins..and price hikes.....BUT WE ALL HAVE LONG MEMORIES.....and no ...it is not ok...

Just based on facts , the “owner” or manager who’s name is Dean and one of the receptionist, Andrea replied to me a bad review that I left on goggle ,on the reply they are absolutely rascist against my nationality and background not only that they pointed my family and used a savage language about that, obviously I refuse to believe that those words come from real Australian people, that btw I am also a citizen of this beautiful country. I am amazed how entitled this pair of muppets feel , I called the hotel and Andrea hang up the phone without reason in the middle of a conversation cause she was literally scared to talk to her manager , I’ve called back the “manager” Dean started swearing my last name and his tone of voice, arrogance, lack of professionalism and knowledge to fix a simple problem made it worst and hang up again the phone in the middle of the conversation. I am glad that I didn’t choose this place and I’ve found a better hotel for my holidays in Broome , obviously there are so much better options outthere with better price , excellent customer service , friendly and kind people. Not bad feelings for Dean and Andrea, cause at the end of the day , they are just 2 employees, I’m not loosing anything writing the truth, but I really hope that someone step in that caos control of hotel that they called

Response from Dean Cooper, General Manager at Broome Time Resort
Responded 21 Sep 2021
Given you are a very good reviewer with just ONE review, we suggest you make a selection at an alternate property as you are not welcome in Broome or Broome Time Resort. We do not deal with narcissists or people who call our resort with stolen credit cards nor people who call my female resort staff profanities. Your family must be proud of you as their father and leader.
