Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Advertised as NO PETS, and that’s ok, but an Assistance Dog IS NOT A PET! How in this day and age can a business not understand this? I insisted they take the booking and it’s like they we’re waiting for me to arrive so they could make a big fuss and belittle me. I dared to say how embarrassing it was to be refused a booking and then all hell broke loose with Ginger who even called out the Manager Brad so he could show off his bully boy style. Because apparently mentioning the embarrassment was me being extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here, especially if you have an AD

Well maintained and safe environment with great communal facilities, such as the pool. Flexible and variable accomodation options. All of Broome’s top features are only within minutes of the caravans park location.

Was quoted $62/night - charged $66/night. DOES NOT PROVIDE UNPOWERED SITES YET ADVERTISES IT DOES! As a solo travelling female I like to plan ahead - no choice as busy season. Saw people coming in unpowered while I was there. Very noisy, on Port Rd & sites small/cramped.

Management is horrible. Gardeners are nosey. I highly recommend to not book in at Vacation village Broome as they will enter property you are renting without consent. Managers are nice at the beginning but become nasty at the end of the lease no matter how early your rent is paid, how tidy and clean you keep the property , follow all rules JO the manager to be exact will always have nasty words for you.Never have an adult conversation and keep calm, always gets heated and wants to be the only one heard. Vacation village managers Brad and Jo are highly racist, as I have spoken to neighbours of another skin colour and they said they did not have to pay as much bond as I did (Bond I did not get back at all , even paid for a exit clean). Even after the exit clean Jo said I left the place disgusting.Electricity bills are rigged.

Management are terrible, no personality and no communication skills which is normally key when managing a park. Managers would rather leave notes and take photos to report things rather than having a simple conversation with their guests. Would not recommend staying here especially if you have kids as it is not kid friendly at all - more like an elderly home.

We stayed here for 1 week in July this year. It is very clean in the whole park, it has a great camp kitchen. The pool was great and the teens loved free wifi near the office. The toilets and showers are really clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Excellent room conditions and very neat and tidy. Cosy and friendly. Staff were very accomodating to our needs and ensured our stay was comfortable. Very pleasing atmosphere. The trip to the townsite is only a 3 kms drive and walking to the beach is also a possibility if you love walking.

This was the only park we could get into and every night it was jam packed! Staff were very nice. We had site 44 which meant we were in a private corner backing onto the pool and the main road. Privacy was fantastic - most others were living on top of each other. Lots of shady trees. Road noise was disturbing from 6am to about 8:30pm but that's not the park's fault. Pool was beautiful and amenities, though older, were clean and had been freshly painted. Two laundries in the centre of the park so no worries getting washing done. Overall not a bad experience given the hugely busy time of year.

Pristine park with clean cabins and lovely pool. Good location too . Had a night of pulled pork rolls and music entertainment that was fun. Recommend this park for the cabins as quite a fair rate . Helpful staff who were friendly . Beds quite comfy and a good size fridge .
