A relaxing place to stay, we stayed in a beautiful little unit it was so relaxing. The staff were fantastic, the pool was awesome. I just loved the place. One little bit of constructive criticism I have is that the toilet roll holder shouldn't be too low behind where your knee is as it makes it hard to get the paper, it needs to be where you can reach it easily . I would definitely stay here again and for longer than I did this time around. It's a beautiful place.

We stayed at The Pearle, for one week in October. We had one 2 bedroom and one 3 bedroom Villa, for a special family holiday. 6 Adults and 4 Kids. Apartments are very spacious, facilities and Villa pools were lovely! The main pool was also a great spot to chill out as well. Staff were also lovely and very helpful. We were worried about safety due to some previous reviews, however felt very safe in the complex and in the villas the entire trip. Thanks again for a great stay!

The staff were outstanding from arrival to departure. Very friendly and helpful. We let them know of a very small problem with an appliance which was repaired within the hour. Our private pool villa was outstanding, secure and completely private. The pool was enjoyed daily, multiple times. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Thank you so much. When we are back in Broome, we will be staying at The Pearle.

An excellent stay. Wonderful 3 bed villa with everything you could need. Well provisioned kitchen allowed us to cook whatever we wished. Neat clean and tidy. Security no problem at all. We always felt safe and secure.

Our Villa was completely safe and the private pool was excellent. The kitchen was immaculately set up with everything you need. The layout of the Villas is perfect for travelling with families and everyone has plenty of space. I would definitely stay again.

**BURGLED IN OUR VILLA!!!** Security is a major issue at this "resort". Our Villa was broken into during our stay and items stolen right outside the rooms where my elderly parents and young kids were sleeping. Management dealt with it terribly, took no accountability and extremely defensive and dismissive of our concerns. They even tried to blame the event on me, insisting that I didn't lock the door, when in fact it was locked! I wish I had read some of the numerous other reviews detailing concerns and experiences with security at this "resort" before I booked this place for our family holiday. Despite the numerous reviews, spanning a number of years highlighting security issues, not all appropriate steps to keep guests safe have been taken by management. This experience ruined our family holiday, so disappointing! It is by no means 5 star accomodation, it is tired, dirty and unsafe and extremely overpriced. Customer service is also severely lacking and no advice was given to us directly at check in which alerted us to the possibility of being burgled during our stay.…

We were BURGLED on our third night there! The burglars broke into our villa while our family including 2 young children were at home and asleep. This is despite having locked all doors. We felt completely violated, rattled and filled with anxiety from that point on. When we told the management, we were informed that we weren't the only ones who had reported a break in. The management also quickly stated that we would not get any form of compensation whatsoever for it, and made it clear that it was completely "our problem". No accountability at all was taken for the fact that the security measures of the resort were sorely lacking. Further, we were told that Broome has had many incidences of youths committing burglaries at resorts, but that they chose not to let us know about this beforehand. It was a horribly unsympathetic response, and an appalling lack of care and concern. The "5 star status" which they give themselves is in my view a gross misrepresentation. In terms of the villa itself, there were hair pins randomly on the floor, counters and even if the kitchen drawers, presumably from a previous guest which suggests an inadequate clean was done prior to our arrival. This was a monumental waste of money, huge "con" in my opinion, gave us huge anxiety and stress, and left us on the plane home with a lighter suitcase than when we arrived due to having been burgled. AWFUL. Do not go to the Pearle at Cable Beach!!!…

I was due to stay at The Pearle in July however 3 weeks before my visit I received a phone call advising that the unit I booked was no longer available as the owner had decided they wanted to use it. As I had booked and paid I was very surprised that the agent would allow the owner to do this. I was told that the owners always had the right to book the unit. Although I was offered another (inferior) unit I didn’t proceed with the booking because of their policy of allowing owners priority over paid bookings. A warning to others - there is no information about this on their website or in the terms and conditions. Luckily I was able to find accommodation elsewhere although it could have been a different story. The lady I spoke to told me “we hate making these calls” so I assume it happens regularly.…

Lovely friendly staff, especially in the cafe. Gorgeous pool area with heated pool. Beautiful well kept tropical grounds. Guest room and ensuite was clean and decent size for one. Reasonably priced for Broome. Would definitely stay again.
