Booked a 1 bedroom apartment for three nights. No Frills type place, very clean, comfy bed. Overall good value. Close distance to nice areas of the City. Friendly staff. Taxis are easy to catch out front. This is not the type of place I would spend much time other than sleeping.

I've previously been pretty enthusiastic on Plum Apartments but my two recent trips there have been disappointing. My most recent was a first-level room that was simply too noisy as it was adjacent to traffic on both sides of the room. My previous was situated away from the traffic but next to the elevator. If you can get the right...

Studio apartment is well equipped. Kitchen with cooktop, drawer dishwasher, bar fridge, crockery and cutlery. Comfy couch, flat screen TV and DVD player in lounge room. Clean queen size bed. Built in (mirrored) robes. Ironing board. Potential for fold out bed for extra guest. Bathroom clean and quaint. Quiet apartment complex. Tram stop right outside. After waiting nearly ten minutes for the receptionist to sort out the customer before's lost booking we finally got served. We had booked through wofit so be prepared to have them ask you to pay again as for some reason he told us we needed to pay! I told him I can show you the credit card transaction and he...

Spent one night here at start of a business trip due to lack of accommodation available elsewhere. First impressions count and the first impression was pretty unimpressive. The reception area is small and feels more like a bank, with the receptionist locked behind a counter with glass windows. There is plenty of security, with swipe pass access to the building....

Good location - close to the CBD and the great eateries on Lygon street, however the apartments are Unserviced on weekends and public holidays which is apparently listed on the check in documentation but not on booking information. The halls and elevators are smelly and pretty dirty - we were there on a long weekend so therefore no cleaning. Beds...

We stayed at the Plum Serviced Apartments (Carlton) for 2 nights in January 2015. This location, whilst not directly in the city centre was located close to a tram stop, and walking into the city only took about 10-15 minutes. Our room was a clean, simple, 1 bedroom apartment. A small amount of dust and a few cobwebs aside, this...

We had booked 8 days at the Plum North Melbourne apartments for Christmas 2014 as it was close to family. On arrival we found the apartment to be filthy - basin and bathroom covered in dust, leaking shower, uncovered toilet bolts, dirty windows both inside and out, and we needed to clean the fridge before we could store our food...
