Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed with this three bedroom apartment. Staying with friends and on arrival it was so dirty. I scrubbed the floors, bench tops cupboards and bathrooms. Broken toilet and railing.

Disgustingly filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! No covers on doonas and they had stains all over them! Obviously not changed for months also! Reported to management while there and owners when left… they didn’t care!!!!!

ACD Apartments is located in Docklands . Had a great stay with them. Beautiful apartments with Amazing Harbour views. Big Balcony . Fully equipped kitchen … Friendly staff Alway their to assist if required. Free trams next to our apartment building.

Had an amazing stay with ACD Apartments. Clean and tidy apartment with the harbour view. Kids loved the place and enjoyed their stay. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend ACD Apartments.

The location and view over the docklands marina are what sell this one bed apartment and I cannot fault the staff for being helpful. The apartment was clearly well used and missing some utensils/glasses/mugs in the kitchen. Ours was on the 5th floor and reached by a lift to the 4th floor and then a final staircase to the 5th floor.

We stayed at ACD apartments and were blown away by how kind and helpful the staff were, the incredible views and the fantastic location. The apartment was spotless and perfect for a family. I cannot recommend it highly enough! We will definitely be staying here any time we visit Melbourne.

A great place to stay in Melbourne, overlooking the marina in Docklands. Staff went out of their way to give us an apartment with a marina view. Plenty of restaurants nearby within easy walking distance as are outlet shops. An added bonus is the free City Circle tram to take you in the CBD. Airport shuttle stops nearby. The second time we've been here and we'd go back.

ACD Apartments was in a perfect location in docklands, we were in a 2 br apartment on the 19th floor, views of the harbour & city were amazing, airport transfer was easy with jim, we had a great time. staff were accommodating and very helpful with any queries i had.
