Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.

Hello poji23, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. We apologise for the inconvenience experienced with our wifi during your stay. We do however want to clear up the miscommunication of our wifi. Like any other wifi system it is very much designed for all hardware mediums, apologies again for any misunderstanding from our team. Also, we have recently gone through maintenance upgrades to our wifi system in November that may have interfered with your stay, this maintenance was to make upgrades to our system and improve the overall experience to our guests, so in turn we would like to inform yourself and all future travelers that our wifi signal is not only superior but also not limited and free of charge, we are only sorry you missed this experience. Thank you again for your feedback as we do appreciate all feedback in order to make improvements to our business. Kind regards, Tony Tantaro General Manager

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in November in a room (#209) fronting on to the internal courtyard, which was a novelty, but we generally kept the curtains closed most of the time due to privacy. Was nice to be greeted by a Kiwi expat at check-in! Friendly and quick check-

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I dined there and was very happy with the meal and service. I found the cost very competitive. The room was very comfortable. The best feature was the hotel was only just down the street from the Queen Victoria Market.

If we are 2 adult 1 child ages 8 and we booked deluxe twin room without extrabed. Is it allowed? And for the child, how much is the breakfast charge? Thank you
We stayed in a standard room it was reasonable we did not eat the breakfast.

How many room types do you have? Is it correct i checked the premium courtyard view room smaller than the deluxe queen room?
The rooms are sufficient in size. We had 2 adults with 2 double beds and there were no issues with space for all our luggage or when we chilled in the room before going out. We didn't feel like it was too cramped at all. A good size hotel room. Clean and well maintained and great location.

1) What is the operating hours of the free hotel shuttle to and from Jasper Hotel? 2) What is the frequency of the free hotel shuttle from Southern Cross Station to Jasper Hotel?
