Hotel room was exceptionally clean and huge! The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is opposite the train/bus station so I worried it might be too noisy but it was lovely and peaceful once inside. The actual area it is located is central and just a short 15 min walk to the Docklands.

Melbourne has some shocking 4 star hotels but the Savoy is not one of them. I walked in and immediately relaxed, a hotel not trying to be anything else. Lovely bar at the foyer with good food - the beef cheek amazing, the rooms are nice, staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient location Will stay again

Great location but disappointing. The little things I rely on (shower cap, personal kit) are not on offer in preference to secure pump packs. The soap in the shower was empty. I stayed two nights and asked for room to be cleaned via door notification. It was not done.

Great staff who are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well presented, no noise and a very relaxed calming environment. The hotel is central to everything and with dining on site, we recommend The Savoy.

Very Accommodating, clean rooms always willing to assist. Location suited our group easy access to the trains, trams restaurants cafe's. shopping. Central short stroll to South Yarra and may other facilities.

The location was its best value proposition. Service standard generally met expectations, housekeeping could do a better job for the bathroom. Decent breakfast spread although there is extra charge for the types of coffee wasn’t available from the coffee machine (eg. Flat White)
