The room and its decor were lovely and well thought out. Bed and pillows were supper comfortably. The staff are very helpful and were able to have us feed before we went to a show at Her Majesties Theatre. Email checkout was the only issue as I don't get emails on my phone but the staff were more that happy to help with that.

Loved the trendy and clean design! Room service and housekeeping were excellent. The pool was clean and presentable. I stayed for the perfect location next to Her Majesty's Theatre, and I would love to come back for another visit.

Absolutely fantastic. Central to all locations. Super comfy beds and pillows. All the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Will be our go to every time from this point onwards. We stayed elsewhere the week prior. That was a mistake.

I had a late check-in when visiting Melbourne for work in late November/ early December 23, the concierge staff was very helpful and assigned me a room in no time. Cleaning was professionally done to my room each day without any fuss; I feel that this is exactly when needed for someone travelling for business like me.

Loved the pillows and large towels.. bathroom looks great but is dangerous with the open shower and the floor getting wet, and the shelf.. i dunno why everyone wants doorless showers. I did leave a couple of items in the room but they weren’t handed in and it was hard to get them on the phone to enquire about that.

My sister & I were in a twin share room for 2 nights. The location was so ideal for our needs. (shopping and Robbie Williams concert) The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food to choose from and was delicious! Staff were helpful when we needed it. Highly recommend Rydges Melbourne

The electronic system didn’t work that well. I asked for a hairdryer & it was never sent. I asked for extra duvet as it was cold - they gave me two towels instead. House keeping took forever to come. Check out was chaotic. Room was very small & bed not very comfortable. Don’t think I’ll return.
