Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.

Very comfortable, clean and modern rooms plus kitchen; wifi with strong speed/ reception. Views over the city were expansive without its location suffering from the noise of traffic. It was very quiet, surprisingly, considering it's in the heart of the CBD.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Positive- Good Location. Negative- Car park- We always try our best to accommodate our guest by providing on-site parking. In some cases we do request our guest to temporary park either on level 1 or ground level until we organise a proper parking spot. Onsite parking in NOT the only option & we do have Wilson car park as off site car park for the same rate. ( 2 min walk from the hotel) With positive note, i do believe there was no damage to the car. Also our guest are feel free to pick other car park options around the hotel if they don'f feel comfortable parking in the hotel or the car park rate. Please accept our apology if the information was not shared with you properly. Thank you! Kind Regards, G.K.Serasinghe Front Office Manager

How much is wifi charged?
I don't remember if there was a faster paid option, we used the free wifi. If you have data on a mobile device I'd recommend using that.

Hi Ruby, I would recommend one of our 2 Bedroom Apartments. Our rates are room only as the apartments are self contained. Email or call our reservations team if you have any further questions. Regards, Aimee

Hi Amanda, We are approximately a 3 block walk from Etihad (10 minute walk) straight down Bourke Street, over the Southern Cross Station and straight into Etihad Stadium. If you are after a tram to shorten the walk, you can catch any tram at the corner or Bourke and William heading West and hop off 2 blocks along at the corner of Bourke & Spencer Street, then it's a brief 3 minute walk from there.
