Handy location for the tennis at Melbourne Park. I travelled into the city by train and got free tram to Adina Apartments in Flinders Street. Then also free tram to tennis if you have tennis tickets. Room was large, quiet and comfortable. They also immediately changed the hand lotion in bathroom when I told them it was empty. Fresh milk daily with made bed and fresh towels.

It was the little touches that made this short stay so wonderful for my son and I who were both there to celebrate our birthdays. Welcome greeting, higher floor, spacious apartment and all that we needed to make our stay special. Easy, walkable location and great sleep with a lovely view over the city.

I stayed at the hotel in a king size apartment while on a business trip. The apartment was spacious, clean and reasonably well appointed. A few issues that could be improved were.
There needs to be dish towels in the kitchen as with a full kitchen guests have the opportunity to cook an so wash up dishes.
The bathroom had no soap for the basin - only the same shower gel in the shower.
Both TV's didn't work. The bedroom TV was not even plugged into power and was situated too high for me to try to plug it in.
The TV in the lounge did not respond to any commands from the remote or any buttons on the TV itself.
We were told the hotel had complimentary internet and we connected okay only to find the speed was about 2 MBs which was to slow to do work. I ended up tethering my phone and when I checked out I mentioned the poor speed and was advised that after signing onto the portal, I should have scrolled down to pick faster and paid options. That is not really satisfactory for hotel WiFi.
The front door did not close properly even though it was on an automatic close mechanism. We had to remember to pull the door close.

I had never had an experience like this before. I was there for two nights for a business trip. The first day after checking, I found out there is no body lotion in the body lotion bottle in the bathroom. I tried to call the receptionist to report that and have some room service instead of going out for dinner. But the phone did not work. I had to call them from my mobile, the receptionist just simple said that they will check and fix the phone next day. So I decided to not using their room services. When I was back after dinner, I found out that there is a top load washing machine running with loud noise just in front of my room. It was running for hours and only stopped at 12 midnight. I could not sleep at all. Next day I asked the receptionist to change a room so I could sleep, he did not even say sorry, just said that he will lock the washing machine. Really? Is that what you should have done from the beginning already? Why would you let other people use it at nighttime if it is placed in front of a room where you let guests use and pay for your room? I will not come back there again for sure. Avoid it at all cost.

Hi Tanya, Thank you for your recent stay with us and for your kind feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit. We will further investigate these issues. You are absolutely correct; for a quieter experience, we recommend that you and your company consider booking our One Bedroom Apartment or a higher category. Our Studio Queens and One Bedroom Queen Bed Apartments have shared laundry facilities, which may cause some noise for certain guests. However, late night use should be strictly adhered to from the guest. Thanks for bringing this up. We also understand your decision not to come back to us for such experiences. Kind regards, Duty Manager

Great location on Queen St just a block away from the action including onsite parking for a reasonable $25 per 24 hours (come and go as you wish)
We had a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony which was spacious, quiet, clean with comfy bed. Helpful staff at reception. We will visit again!

Do not stay at this hotel if you want a quiet room. External noise such as traffic and loud music is constant. I had requested and researched a quiet room prior to arrival and asked to be moved. An alternative room only became available after I requested a refund of the remaining stay. Even after being moved to the 17th floor there was external loud base music late into the night, music at 2.00 am and traffic noise. On the last day I found the door to my room open after I had returned prior to checkout. Despite 2 requests to reception for a review of the key access of the room I still have not received a response. Previously stayed at the Adina in Adelaide and did have any of these issues.

This is a 'self catering' apartment hotel and is described as 'Fully Equipped'. This is rather a subjective term but we were able to manage and make the best of what is provided. More crockery would he helpful so the dishwasher isn't in constant use. Our allocated room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was en-suite. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a bar serving food adjacent. Breakfast isn't available here.
The staff were very helpful especially housekeeping.

The maintenance and cleanliness was below standard. Showers leaked all over the floor, bathroom doors jammed and people were locked in the bathroom, bedside lamps had blown globes. There was inadequate crockery, glassware and cookware for 6 people, even though the room was booked for 6. There was a drink can from another guest left on the balcony and the carpets were not vacuumed in the apartment or in the hallways for the 4 days we were there.
We spoke to reception multiple times and they did replace the lamps and brought extra towels to mop up the bathroom floors and they finally brought us additional plates and glasses after asked multiple time.
The sauna was closed for maintenance - not advised on website or when booking and the bottom of the swimming pool was covered in slime.
The location is great but this hotel is not up to even a 3 star rating.

They didn't attend our complaint about shampoo conditioner and body wash in our room run out and that the pumps were broken so we couldn't use the necessities. We advised them everyday but they didn't care or try to fix the problem. I mean shampoo conditioner and body wash are standard BASIC necessities Iright? Is the $2000 I paid you for 5 nights not enough to buy shampoo conditioner body wash for my family and I during our stay ? ridiculous.
