The staff are very accommodating and as helpful as they possibly could be. The location is right near Federation Square, so right near public transport, restaurants and shopping galore!
And the accessible room that I've now stayed in twice really is all kinds of awesome. Accessible bathroom, fairly accessible kitchen (staff even offered to come get things out of higher cupboards and put them in reach!), lots of space in the living area and bedrooms for use of mobility equipment etc. - Can't get a mobility scooter up the lift though.
Will be staying here every time I'm in Melbourne.

Review for Loft 1 room 60. The room is stylized beautifully, with so many considerations such as a curated minibar, and appliances like soda streams. The freezer had large ice blocks ready to enjoy a whiskey mixed with one of the local stylish mixers available. The room has external access via a small alley. The lofts are situated above the recycling used for the bars/restaurants so unfortunately, you are likely to get woken up by the smashing of glasses in the middle of the night as each bar closes. Great location for the tennis and a mini-IGA supermarket next door. This was a new fit out at the time and there were a few snagging items which i'm sure will be fixed soon.

Dear GeorgeV, Thank you for your detailed review of our newly renovated lofts! We're thrilled to hear that you appreciated the beautiful stylized design and thoughtful amenities, including the curated minibar and unique appliances. We're sorry to hear about the noise disturbance from the recycling process below, as the lofts are situated in the heart of Flinders Lane's vibrant restaurant district. We appreciate your understanding and are working to address any snagging items from the recent fit-out. We're glad you enjoyed the great location for the tennis and the convenience of a IGA supermarket downstairs. We look forward to welcoming you back, and we're committed to enhancing your experience further. Kind regards, Corinne - Duty Manager Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders

Needs to get its customer service in order. Accessing the carpark is very time consuming as reception don't typically answer the speaker phone nor land line. The bedrooms are noisy opposite the train lines although can be forgiven due to the great location. Comfortable and clean.

Dear Lindsay, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. Our excellent inner city location and close proximity to the MCG, Royal Botanical Gardens and Southbank does come with the additional noise of the nearby trains. On your next visit, please do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly 24 hour team for options available if you are disturbed. The carpark is accessible with room key, and does not require contacting reception after checking in. We hope to welcome you back in the near future. The suite felt really deluxe - spacious, comfortable and modern, with a beautiful view towards the south bank. Housekeeping was very attentive. The location is very convenient, close to so many great restaurants. There was some noise from the major rail corridor across the street, but the bedroom itself was fairly soundproof. The front desk was occasionally closed with a note saying 'phone for service', but that was never an issue, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

For the location in Melbourne CBD it’s great value and parking is very reasonable. The room can be noisy as it overlooks Flinders St station. If you’re looking for a large, well appointed apartment this is a good choice. If you’re more accustomed to valet service, room service and extra touches this isn’t the place.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Location was one tram stop away from Flinders St, with tram stop only metres from hotel. IGA located next door, bottle shop around the corner and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. However, the furnishings and carpets were badly stained. The fridge, exhaust fans in bathrooms and washing machine didn’t work. No extra blankets or pillows provided. Some basic amenities in kitchen were missing. Only 4 coat hangers were provided for 2 bedrooms. Amenities in bathrooms were not replaced when cleaned and needed to be requested from reception. Whilst the rooms were clean the overall appearance of the rooms and broken facilities affected our experience and we would be very reluctant to stay here again.

All in all, our short stay in Adina was comfortable due to size of the room. Great location, walking distance to many places in cbd, trams & Flinders station. Study desk was very useful and had the essential outlets for charging. Bedroom was spacious with huge wardrobe but the bathroom was not ensuite. Washer provided in the unit was a bonus plus complimentary laundry detergent. Although one lady at reception said we had to pay for the detergent, but next day we asked another lady, she gave to us free. Miss communications from reception. However, unit 25 where we stayed is quite dated especially kitchen and living area. Could do with brighter lights and housekeeping needs much improvement, especially the carpets and sofa and cutlery.

1. They ignored our requests to clean/refresh the rooms: I don't know if they have daily housekeeping, but when I requested for our rooms to be cleaned/refreshed, and our dirty towels and trash to be removed, the front desk staff said OK... But then nothing got done (and we stayed there for almost a week).

2. Non-functioning washers/dryers in both our rooms: When we asked for the washers/dryers to be fixed, we were told that it was a public holiday/weekend and they couldn't call in a repair-man. Fair enough. But the remaining four days we were there WERE NOT holidays, yet nobody offered to send a repair-man in on those days. As a result, our group had to travel across town and spend nearly $60 washing and drying our clothes at a public laundromat. I can understand if one washer/dryer in one room doesn't work, but in both rooms? To make things worse, upon opening the washer/dryer in one of the rooms, we were hit with a horrible mildew smell. Is it so difficult to ensure that the washers/dryers in the rooms are working (and are clean) BEFORE guests check in? The management offered to let us use the washer/dryer in the room next door, but it shouldn't have reached that point.

3. Had to request for an iron TWICE before it finally arrived, almost half an hour later... But without an ironing board.

Corinne and the supporting team were amazing!

The facilities were great and what's needed for a solo traveller, complimentary ifi and the apartment itself is in a central location. There's also a convenience store next door which makes things easier.

But what made it the best stay were the staff!

I had silly request in my booking notes that stated "please leave a pic of a happy Kanye West" and Corrine went out of their way to organise a welcome card of a happy Kanye West. But it didn't stop there, they had also provided a personalised spotify playlist of kanye West songs (and one Taylor swift song haha!) And a complimentary bottle of wine. The service was consistent throughout my stay and everyone was as equally as attentive.

Thank you Corrine and the team at Adina.

I appreciate the great service, you have made a guy in his 30s recreate the famous scene from the movie, 'Risky Business' but with Kanye and Red Wine.
