Great hotel in a great location only a few minutes walk to the centre of the city. The staff are friendly and professional and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The room was spotless and well appointed and nice to be able to enjoy the views from the balcony too.

Great location and very comfortable beds. Whilst I didn’t eat the breakfast there the price as a guest was good and it smelt great. It’s central city so some street noise overnight but the comfy mattress and pillows were great. A coffee pod machine would’ve been an added bonus

Restaurant not open so had to go out to eat. Thought about having drinks after show went to. Come back and all closed up. Pity as a Saturday night. Parking was also pretty limited and tight. Glad I didn't bring a very big car as carparking my have been an issue. If you are coming to Melbourne by yourself and need a small room and very central to everything in Melbourne and are not driving. Location Location location mantra on Russell fits your need. Restaurant is not open for food only drinks which is weird. Having said that James squire brewhouse is just up road and has amazing food and drink

Great serviced apartment/hotel. The nicest mantra I’ve stayed in so far. Great facilities. The bigger rooms have laundry facilities which was a life saver and not something I’ve had elsewhere. Have stayed here twice and will stay here anytime I’m in Melbourne

Friendly checkin staff. Extremely clean and upgraded 1 bedroom apartment. Pool and sauna awesome and very clean. Location is brilliant. Right near chinatown and literally 1 minute from bourke st tram City circle tram 2 blocks away and spencer st / skybus 5 mins on a free tram down bourke street Good cloak room to leave luggage. Apartment was not cleaned in the three nights we stayed, but its an apartment not a hotel room so was more than happy with that. I cant see the point of daily room servicing anyway, i clean up after myself and can make my own bed. I actually prefer no room servicing.

Had room 1211 and stayed for just one night. Loved the cleanliness and the bed, but really loved that I could open the window a little bit for fresh air. Kept it open all night ,got used to the noise (I live in the country) it soon became like white noise.Love a place that i can have the window open. Nice toiletries in bathroom, and lovely reception staff- Olivia thanks. Walk to tram's and not far from QV shops, chinatown and CBD. Was pleasantly surprised and will stay here again.

The room was the cleanest I have ever come across. The bed was amazing and hard to get out of - in a good way!. The views were great and the hotel is right next to China Town, around the corner from theatres and many places to eat. Easy to get to. Happy reception staff. On site parking. 10/10

Great location, rooms are spacious and have a lot to offer. Beds are the best but the pillows are even better! Very happy with the stay. Only feedback would be to label which floor things are on in the lifts. Wasn't sure what floor parking was. Unless you read the information given to you at check-in, wouldn't know where the restaurant was.
