Great hotel, friendly staff, right across the road from the MCG but within walking distance from the CBD - just walk across Fitzroy Gardens - or a short tram ride (tram stops right outside the hotel). Good facilities (outdoor pool, sauna, gym).

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as part of a conference and was delighted by the personal touches provided by the hotel. On arrival I received a treat in the fridge and on the second day a beautiful DIY cocktail tray - all made me feel like a personal house guest and not what you normally experience with...

This is an old and tired hotel with motel-like accomodation. The room I have just checked into stinks like a cheap motel. The decor is similarly tired. It's not cheap either. A local Australian mid-strength beer out of the minibar is AUD$8. Yes, they have free wi-fi, but it's 512kpbs. Rooms on the main road side are very noisy -...

Disclaimer: We're 5-star travellers willing to consider other options, however, we also travel on a budget. We love Accor, well, we love love love Sofitel, but as much as we enjoy the 5-star experience, we like to try other quality hotels within the group and with a 50% off sale we found the newly branded Pullman (former Hilton) a bargain...

Headed to Melboure for work and needed a place to stay close to Sth Melborne. I am an Accor member and booked via their website but it was a very cheap rate for a 5 star motel. The motel did not disappoint with a good size room and a view over the MCG complex. As I was late in, I...

It is easy to see why the Pullman is on the rise in the TA ratings since its re-branding (from the Hilton). The club lounge seems to get better with each stay. It was lovely to be welcomed back by Grayson, who remembered us from our last stay. This time we ate breakfast in the Gallery Restaurant. The Eggs Benedict...
