The service at Nesuto Docklands generally earns high marks for being friendly and helpful, although there have been occasional staff-related issues. Cleanliness is mostly praised, though there have been some inconsistencies noted. I booked an accessible room and was very happy to find it spacious and easy to get around. The bathroom included a shower seat which is not always the case in some hotels but is a necessity for me. The reception staff were wonderful; very helpful and keen to assist in anyway possible. However, the housekeeping staff were a different kettle of fish. Not one of the housekeepers I encountered spoke a word of English - not one word! This made life difficult for me. If they'd had a smattering of English it would have been helpful. When I arrived I couldn't find the kettle and toaster. I looked in all the cupboards above and below the kitchenette bench and they weren't there. The next morning I asked a housekeeper to show me where they were. They didn't understand a word of what I was saying. Fortunately, I found them in another cupboard that I hadn't known was cupboard as none of the cupboards have handles - they are the push in and they open kind of doors. This cupboard was separate from those I'd checked (above the microwave) and I hadn't realised it was a cupboard.
I don't need my room to be serviced every day and when staying for a week I usually let a couple of days go by before requesting a service. On the first day I requested a service they emptied the bins in the bathroom and kitchen and did nothing else. Absolutely nothing! I had used the dishwasher but it malfunctioned and didn't drain. It was beeping. I thought that the beeping would alert housekeeping to the malfunction but nothing was done. For four days I had to endure the beeping. I couldn't wash my dishes by hand because there was no dishdrainer or teatowel so I left them on the bench. When housekeeping serviced the room the second time they left those dishes where they were. They did not mop the floor or clean the bathroom. The floor and the shower seat were left wet. I could so easily have slipped.
Also, there was a mess in the corridor all week which was not attended to. I also asked one of the housekeeping staff how to access the laundry room. They did not understand the word laundry.
On a different matter, parking seemed expensive but it permitted multiple entry/exits so was welcome. You have little alternative and it was convenient.

We got a Luxury Escapes deal which included a cheese platter. The hotel is approx 8 months old and our room was modern and had all ammenities we want and need in hotel. Added bonus was the kitchenette. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is Woolworths below it so we bought our breakfast items and prepared in room.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is directly in the Docklands//New Quay precinct next to Costco and many restaurants and shops just metres away. Tram directly into city is 100m walk away and Marvel Stadium also a short walk.
I think reasonably priced for it being a modern hotel in a good location.
We will definitely return and will recommend to others.

Our whole family loved our stay at Nesuto Docklands and we wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was lovely. The bathroom was modern and had a large bath which was great for a toddler. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. I liked being able to stream to the TV's from your own device.

The location is great being right above a Woolworths. Perfect for any event at Marvel Stadium. The price was also very reasonable given the quality.

The carparking was cost effective and easy to find as the hotel sent very good instructions on how to find it.

The only slight issue is the hotel reception is a little hard to locate from the carpark and from the street as it's on level 2. Some better signage from the carpark might be beneficial.

Overall would definitely stay again.

We chose this venue as it has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartement. the location was great next to a tram stop, the free tram that takes you all around the city of melbourne and you can use any trams in that area. The location had a supermarket, bottlo and a few restaurants and coffee houses. It has a dfo but it was pretty quite, the other DFO's were much more vibrant, but we could catch the free tram to these. Winner!
The rooms were kept clean and tidy every day. The amenities we didnt want for more and had all we needed. The beds were lovely, the air conditioning was great as it was freezing when we stayed and the showers were brilliant. Even had a bath, much to my friends delight, who had a bath every day. TV in every room with chromecasting available, full kitchen with washing amenities, ironing amenities and a hairdryer. Clean towels every day and our beds made everyday.
easy checkin and checkout too.
highly recommend.

When I opened the door to my room I thought it looked great. But when I walked in the room had a weird smell, like the cleaner had used dirty mop on the floor.
Whenever I stay in a hotel room I do a walk around to see what’s available. I realised the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the benches weren’t cleaned down after the last guest. There were no hand towels under the kitchen sink. The top of the fridge on the outside hadn’t been wiped down. There was only one towel in the bathroom, not bath Matt. The large coffee cups had coffee stains at the bottom of them. The room decor I thought looked great but that’s it.
When I went outside to the lift to go down to Receiption and tell them I notice the the carpet outside the rooms didn’t look like they had been vacuumed it weeks. I’ve seen this before in one other hotel a while back and asked if the hotel outsources the cleaning company which the reception staff said yes. Also I had trouble with the QR code and parking it was a bit of a nightmare. When I was checking in another customer was complaining about the cleaning to my right and to my left a lady was complaining about the parking. Your hotel has lots of potential to be great but sadly it was a letdown. I’ve informed my company travel booker not to book our staff here. I hate leaving bad reviews but this time I had to say something.

The location was great, right opposite the road from the docklands district mall and very close to tram stations so we were able to take public transport. The parking was a bit expensive though.

The room overall was nice and the bedroom was clean, although the kitchen and bathtub areas were a bit dirty. The bathtub also drained even while the plug was in it so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise, I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was a great room with good value for a kitchen, laundry, bathtub in a busy, convenient suburb.

The staff were very friendly.

I liked the rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure was great.

Amazing hotel for our little staycation while attending a friend’s wedding nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautiful!!

From the moment we walked in, there was such a nice zen vibe. The room looked very new, was well appointed and very clean. The pillows felt like clouds and it was great to be able to sink into them after dancing the night away at the wedding!

We loved every minute of our stay (especially being able to walk downstairs slightly hungover the next morning and be able to find coffee & delicious food).

Highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodation in Melbourne in a convenient location at reasonable prices.

Nesuto hotel is an amazing hotel with great hospitality. The front desk is very attentive & great service. Especial thanks to these 3 ladies Krisha, Apinya & Rachel who made my stay feels like home. My son & I had an asthma condition, the hotel room which I stayed the 1st night was very cold for us. The next morning, I go down to reception to tell them about the room condition, without any hassle, Krisha provided us an other room & offered us a heater to put in the room for our entire stay. What was more impress was, she buy the heater after she finished work & put it in the room before evening. I’m very pleased with the services in Nesuto & u can tell all the staffs will try their best to made your stay as comfortable as they could. I will definitely come back again.

Nice location near the Docklands next to the ferris wheel. Plenty of shops within walking distance. The room offers a small pantry so if you needed to some simple cooking whilst on travel this is perfect. All toiletries are adequately provided but if not then the Chemist Warehouse is downstairs.

We rented a car during our visit in Melbourne and the parking is right in the same complex of the hotel. The only complain we had around this was that the parking pass never worked so we have never had a success with the ticket the that the hotel staff provided. (We always have to ring the parking lot security at the gate on reentry.)

Don't find a reason to not stay here again on our next visit to the city.

Came in on an early flight, Mr Tony at the front counter checked us in at 8am instead of coming back at 3pm. Stayed on level 10 room 1007, stunning view towards the westgate Bridge, right near the Ferris wheel, and can see the docklands harbour from our balcony. Our room was clean and had a good-sized bed for myself and my daughter (10), only realised later in the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The next morning, we were moved to another room on the same level a few doors down 1004, only after Mr Tony from the front counter came to inspect the issue with his ladder in hand. Housekeepers aren't consistent with servicing our room. We had to ask for it and also had to ask for toilet paper and face eashers. Would be awesome if the rooms had washers and dryers. Otherwise, the room is perfect. Property is situated in a central spot, there is a mall downstairs where you can find woolies, a variety dollar shop and much much more. Across the road is a shopping precinct, and it also houses many eateries and activity places for kids of all ages. Hotel have umbrella available for the Melbourne weather change from freezing to rain. I would recommend this property, and I would and will be back. 💛
