Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great location easy to walk to lots of sights. Sky bus station 8 min walk and a supermarket Coles 5 mins walk. Complex new and clean. Great facilities. We used the gym and swam lengths in the pool. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

- [ ] a truly beautiful apartment (definitely worth getting one with a balcony) and in a good location. The staff were really friendly, helpful and kind and I would stay here again in a second - the only reason it’s not 5/5 is on check-in (which was after hours) there were a few details omitted. For example, we weren’t told about the bin chute and that some of the lifts wouldn’t work because of the floor we were staying on. Otherwise fantastic though.

I am writing to express serious concern about an alarming incident that occurred in room 2406 on January 30, 2024 in Aspire Melbourne hotel. My girlfriend and I had booked the room, and upon her return, she found three unknown men inside, causing significant distress. This unauthorized entry is completely unacceptable. There was no prior notification or phone call, and my girlfriend was frightened by this invasion of privacy.

Lovely new hotel, compact apartment, nicely decorated and furnished with views over towards the ferris wheel. We had a one bedroomed apt, main bedroom had a decent sized bed, the second bed a single was just off from the living area, divided by a small wall… very little privacy, the beds were really hard and not particularly comfortable really. Well equipped kitchen, lovely shower room, and living area…. A very liveable space. The gym was well equipped and swimming pool was lovely. Overall a fabulous stay, easy walk to station for airport transfers, there’s a Cole’s nearby, easy access into city all which is all very walkable. Trams nearby, My only gripe is the constant audible buzzing, sounded like an air con unit throughout the apt and disturbed our sleep… not our unit, we didn’t use it !

I'm currently staying at the Aspire Hotel on Kings Street in Melbourne for a business trip, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the manag er, Godwill, welcomed me with a cheerful demeanor and proved to be exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Th room apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was not only clean and spacious, but the breathtaking view of the city skyline was truly spectacular. The living room exudes coziness, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The bedroom provided the utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity a traveler could possibly need. The dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in the young lady at the reception, Catherine. She was a breath of fresh air with her friendly and helpful disposition. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of remarkable. My stay at the Aspire Hotel has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne. The combination of outstanding service, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations makes this hotel an absolute gem

We had 6 great nights at the Aspire Melbourne in one of the Family rooms. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, even better than the photos on the website. The room is not huge, but ample space for 3 adults with the single bed in its own area. The beds were extremely comfy, the shower heads fabulous, with plenty of hot water and the kitchen amazingly well equipped. Unlike so many other hotel/apartment blocks, the sound proofing was great. We had a car for part of our stay and found free overnight parking on La Trobe St. It was incredibly easy to get about - a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Central or a few minutes walk to jump on a tram or train to go anywhere. For the footy fans and concert goers, Marvel Stadium is less than a 10-min walk. Friendly staff to greet you at the front desk, like Shivarni, topped off the stay. We’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were very new, The decor was lovely The beds were super comfortable and The view was to die for. The only issue was that it is still a building site, and a bit hard to get around on the footpath outside. Also, the reception shuts at 5pm, so you can't get your bags later than this time.

We were made feel welcome & special from the minute we stepped inside. So new & fresh & the location is 1 block from trams, the Skybus & shops. Comfortable beds, delightful rain shower & a combined washing machine/dryer that we didn’t need to use. Will definitely stay again.

Great location with a great view. Building was still under construction but that didn’t really affect you once in your room. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was a lovely apartment but it was quite small. Was ok for us as there was only two of us but it would be a bit tight for two couples. There was no room for a suitcase in the ensuite bedroom. The beds were quite firm. The kitchen was great and there was a washing machine/dryer which was handy. There was no compendium to give information on how things worked and local amenities. We were only given one key and when we asked for another they wanted a $100 bond for it. What two bedroom apartment doesn’t supply two keys????

Everything about my stay experience was great. Place was clean, spacious, well stocked in terms of anything I might need in the kitchen or laundry. There was one inconvenience with my stay however- a day before I was due to checkin I was called by reception and informed that I can check in earlier than 12pm if I am arriving early. The staff on the phone asked my arrival time and I said 10:30am, she said it would be fine to checkin at that time. She failed to mention that the key would not be available if I come early. I had an agenda for that day and ended up having to rush on an uber back to aspire to pick up room key 30 min before reception closed which was extremely inconvenient. If I had not been in the area at the time I wouldn’t have had access to my room that night. They should’ve just told me I can only checkin after 12pm to avoid confusion. Either that or have more safe boxes where I can just pick up the keycard without staff help. Or have online checkin in place via an app
