High quality apartment which provided us with excellent accommodation for our three day visit. At 47sqm it gave ample living space, including one bedroom with balcony, open kitchen to spacious lounge, bathroom. Bedroom had built-in robes and drawers, comfy mattress provided good sleep. Kitchen had all new appliances - full size fridge/freezer, m/wave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery. Basically everyone you should need. Lounge has sofa, large TV, dining table for 4. Bathroom has walk-in shower, single basin, toilet, hairdryer and a washer/dryer neatly hidden away. The available facilities included full length indoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna. All maintained to a high standard. Overall v comfortable stay.

Everything we could wish for in a five star stay was there. From the moment we walked through the whirlwind door until the final checkout, it was top notch. We especially liked the big apartment room with fully equipped kitchen where we could utilize the culinary gadgets to make a few wholesome meals with ingredients sourced from nearby grocery stores. The swimming pool with the jacuzzi and the hot steam room is where we spent most of the time after a long day of walking and hanging around the CBD and the suburbs. These facilities offered the relaxation needed during a vacation we longed for. The cleanliness of the room and the friendly hostess downstair was also something to write home about. In case you are wondering about the speed of Wifi, then you certainly will not be disappointed. It performed like a scolded cheetah! (which is also true for the speed of the lift!)

We had 6 great nights at the Aspire Melbourne in one of the Family rooms. We were pleasantly surprised with the room, even better than the photos on the website. The room is not huge, but ample space for 3 adults with the single bed in its own area. The beds were extremely comfy, the shower heads fabulous, with plenty of hot water and the kitchen amazingly well equipped. Unlike so many other hotel/apartment blocks, the sound proofing was great. We had a car for part of our stay and found free overnight parking on La Trobe St. It was incredibly easy to get about - a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Central or a few minutes walk to jump on a tram or train to go anywhere. For the footy fans and concert goers, Marvel Stadium is less than a 10-min walk. Friendly staff to greet you at the front desk, like Shivarni, topped off the stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed for 6 days and I don't know how does their website cost works because there was 2 prices. One was with no housekeeping which was cheaper, I wanted housekeeping therefore I paid the other price which was almost $300 extra. Then the reception explained the one I paid for doesn't include housekeeping. I asked her then what is the $300 extra for? She couldn't answer me. Had to ask for extra items and the reception wasn't very friendly.
There is only one AC in the living room area and with the summer heat it was completely useless. Asked for a fan and the reception said there is none left. The lobby was nice and cold but hotel room was very hot.
The hotel room looks clean on the outside but the cups and cutlery was dirty and I had to rewash everything for them. Under the sofa cushion was full of crumbs and previous customers items. Under the bed was empty drink bottles and rubbish.
Had to empty the rubbish bins and take out out the rubbish ourselves. When requesting for extra garbage bags, the reception lady seems frustrated with my extra requests.
The building is still under construction therefore the hotel is offering 50% off from their normal price but for $2300+ for 6 nights I can book another nice hotel with better facilities.
Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and won't come back

Great location, close to restaurants and public transport. We're a family of 3, my husband and I, and grandma. We stayed in level 15, 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment kitchen is spacious, and we liked there's balcony for fresh air. There's still construction happening which is why this place is currently heavily discounted, but it wasn't a big issue as the noise didn't affect the apartment too much, and it mainly happens during weekdays, and working hours. The ensuite room is tiny and not comfortable to move around. The reception team is very helpful and kind as we arrived after hours. The main issue with the apartment we stayed in, was the aircon. There's no aircon in the bedrooms so you need to keep your bedroom doors open at all times. The lack of privacy is an issue when travelling with family (3 adults). And it is very strange these are newly designed and there was no thought about how the air will circulate around the apartment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at the Aspire Melbourne. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our great location, spacious kitchen, and balcony with fresh air. It is wonderful to know that our reception team was helpful and kind in assisting you, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the air conditioning. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and the small ensuite room. We understand that privacy is important when traveling with family, and we are sorry for any discomfort this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback regarding the design of the apartment and will take this into consideration for future improvements. We are glad that the construction noise did not impact your stay too much and that our heavily discounted rates were able to provide value for money. We appreciate your understanding of the situation and thank you for your patronage. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to the Aspire Melbourne in the future. Warm Regards,

I'm currently staying at the Aspire Hotel on Kings Street in Melbourne for a business trip, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the manag er, Godwill, welcomed me with a cheerful demeanor and proved to be exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.
Th room apartment itself exceeded all expectations. It was not only clean and spacious, but the breathtaking view of the city skyline was truly spectacular. The living room exudes coziness, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The bedroom provided the utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Moreover, the room was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity a traveler could possibly need. The dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in the young lady at the reception, Catherine. She was a breath of fresh air with her friendly and helpful disposition. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of remarkable.
My stay at the Aspire Hotel has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne. The combination of outstanding service, stunning views, and comfortable accommodations makes this hotel an absolute gem

The staff were great and very friendly, changed our room so we had a balcony on the 25th floor which gave us the most increadible views! The hotel ammenities ares unreal! The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was great. We went to Green Day at Marvel Stadium so the location was awesome. Also very close to Victoria markets and access to the trams. We loved our stay at Aspire! If you go to Melbourne, take some good sneakers because man do you do some walking!

Great location with a great view. Building was still under construction but that didn’t really affect you once in your room. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was a lovely apartment but it was quite small. Was ok for us as there was only two of us but it would be a bit tight for two couples. There was no room for a suitcase in the ensuite bedroom. The beds were quite firm. The kitchen was great and there was a washing machine/dryer which was handy. There was no compendium to give information on how things worked and local amenities. We were only given one key and when we asked for another they wanted a $100 bond for it. What two bedroom apartment doesn’t supply two keys????

Great location! So close to all that Melbourne offers, either walking or by trams at the nearest corner. We found the rooms perfectly clean as the hotel is brand new. The front desk was very helpful as we needed info about trams, restaurants and food markets…make sure you try the South Melbourne Markets, thank you Aspire for recommending this!

I am writing to express serious concern about an alarming incident that occurred in room 2406 on January 30, 2024 in Aspire Melbourne hotel. My girlfriend and I had booked the room, and upon her return, she found three unknown men inside, causing significant distress.
This unauthorized entry is completely unacceptable. There was no prior notification or phone call, and my girlfriend was frightened by this invasion of privacy.
