If you don't mind accommodation aimed more at the student and budget traveller market then this is certainly one to check out. Situated within a few hundred metres of Queen Victoria Markets with a tram stop outside the door and/or a 15 minute walk downtown or to Carlton's Lygon Street restaurant strip: the rooms as small for an apartment hotel...

You can't expect much for $110 a night, and we were just expecting a comfortable bed and a nights rest. We stayed in room 507 which had a giant stain on the carpet. We found a long black hair in the bed which was clearly not ours. It was cold so I dragged the blanket out of the cupboard and...

We had a small room, but it was clean and quiet so that is really all that mattered. It had a table and chairs, Double bed and a small kitchenette. The bathroom was extremely small and did lack some space to put your bathroom items on, but it is manageable for a few days. The location is fantastic with a...

As the others have said it is small....very small. A normal hotel room layout except it is at least a metre short everywhere. I dunno how a fatty would even fit in the shower. There is a balcony that holds the noisy A/C unit, just, but it is taking up desperately needed space. The wardrobe was hard to find as...

Yep you get what you pay for a tiny noisy room and uncomfortable bed poor reception doing her best but to top this off if you choose secure parking its 5 mins walk down dark streets to a parking area where I was unable to get out and had to wait an hour for assistance. I will never ever return.

Tiny but clean rooms. The rooms include a well equiped kitchenette which can be handy. The double bed is very small and therefore uncomfortable. The bathroom is also small but is efficient and with a good shower. The motel is located at a 30 minute walk from the city centre and close to public transport. The wifi is okay. The...

As a family of 8 adults we booked 4 double rooms. The rooms are very clean and modern but small. The bed is comfy but TV in some rooms is in an awkward position sideways to the bed. There is microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Bathroom small with no bench space but there is a hair dryer. There is a...

I booked this hotel because it was very close to where my work commitments were. It was cheap. It was tiny. It was smelly. The bathroom mouldy. It wasn't a pleasant 4 nights. The bed was uncomfortable. Not a lot of positives but as I said it was cheap....

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. Initial problem with our room which was rectified as soon as the office opened. However pillows were hard in our room and the bathroom is very small. Close to trams and not too far to walk to shops. Close to theVictorian markets - a must to visit!
