The Vibe Hotel Melbourne was in a fantastic location for our needs within walking distance to Flinders street station {5mins walk} Rod Laver{ 20min walk}, Crown Casino{10min walk} , Myer {10 min walk} and the Queen Victoria Market {20 min walk} there was also easy access to trams if you did not want to walk. The staff were very friendly and our room was available earlier then our check in time which was great. The hotel restaurant had lovely food and staff as we decided to have our dinner there the second night of our two night stay.

This hotel has a great location, as it's steps away from the Yarra River and a block away from Flinders Station. You're in the free tram zone, so it was easy to hop on a tram to Queen Victoria market, and most of the tours to Great Ocean Road and Phillip Island leave from the Immigration Museum which is a block away. This is more of a boutique hotel, so it doesn't have all the amenities (e.g. 24 h room service, laundry, etc), so if you need those things, it's not for you. But the rooms were new and a good size. There's also an amazing bakery around the corner (Salumisti) and tons of coffee shops and cafes! I would definitely recommend!

Usual high standard of service and facilities, however breakfast (not included in room rate) was not to standard. Service took a very long time and food was cold and dry. Would probably think twice eating there again if the restaurant is as busy as it was. The restaurant staff appeared under-skilled and not up to a fast paced breakfast service.

I booked a Yarra River View and paid extra for it, but it was totally worth it. I loved being able to people watch and see the night lights from my bed. Such a wonderful stay. Room is modern, comfy and well equipped. Pod coffee machine and large tea selection, nice touch. Free in-room movies. Hair dryer, ironing board, kettle, mini fridge. Bed /pillow comfort was fabulous!

Great service. Car parking while off site was super close and convenient. Restaurant and bar closed while we were there for re-carpeting which is understandable. Didn’t impact our stay. We were on level 21 and views were amazing. Rooms good size and comfortable.

Husband and I stayed here for six nights while on holiday and had a great experience! We stayed on the 20th floor and had a wonderful view of the Yarra. The location allows for easy walking to many shops and lots of excellent food spots as well as easy access to public transportation whether it be bus or train. There's no laundry onsite but you can pay to have them dry clean/do laundry. If that's too spendy, there are many self-service laundry sites in the city that are close by to walk to. Parking a car was convenient as well and the daily parking fee was very reasonable at $35. We also loved their provided soaps and lotions. My husband has very sensitive skin and most soaps dry him out, but the ones they use did not—and they smell quite nice! The only thing we were sad to miss was the rooftop bar as it was still under construction during our visit. Next time, though! Highly recommended spot if you need something centrally located at a very reasonable price point!…

Comfy room with all amenities. With wonderful restaurant and staff, Location is good central to Melbourne CBD. Public transportation outside front door shopping precinct around the corner basically Would stay again no problems.

I stayed here for three nights and thought the hotel was ideal for my stay. Firstly the hotel is in a great location and was in easy walking distance of shopping, eating and entertainment areas of Melbourne. It is also within an easy walking distance of both southern cross and flinders stations. Secondly the room was spacious and comfortable. I also had some great views of Melbourne. Lastly I thought the staff weee very good and efficient. I would definitely stay here again
