Stayed in apartment 1211. It had 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 was ensuite. Noticed there was also a foldaway bed in a wardrobe. Apartment was spacious and clean, had everything we could think of: hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum, a few spare towels, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, detergents, pots, pans, cutlery, etc, coffee maker, iron and board. Plenty of storage, huge sofa area, family sized dining. The biggest terrace I've ever seen, with interrupted views of the Yarra and Port Philip Bay in the distance, plus city skyline. I could not fault this apartment and it was directly opposite the convention and exhibition centre ( just leave via the river side exit and walk over the footbridge over the Yarra, right next to the apartment complex.) There were several dining options by the exhibition centre plus a DFO shopping centre . The main entrance to the apartment building is on Siddeley Street and looks like a back/service road to carparks. The office reception is on the Siddeley Street side, next to a mini mart, which sold basics, although you wouldn't necessarily be able to supply all your food needs from it, but it was ok for milk, snacks and toothpaste. The complex had an indoor pool, which looked clean and a decent size(we didn't use it). The whole place was spotless and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The 35, 70 and 75 (I think) trams are one road over from Siddeley Street, the 35 is the circle that goes around the city centre. The apartment block is in the free tram zone.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom unit with my husband and parents Feb 29 - Mar 3, 2019. We had just disembarked from a cruise ship, and Carol in the office was very accommodating. She helped us store (a great deal of) luggage in the office and arranged to have our suite ready early.
The suite was comfortable, bright and clean, with great views of the Yarra River and the surrounding vibrant activity. My parents enjoyed watching the rowing teams train on the river. Shopping and restaurants were just steps away. The lap pool and fitness facilities were well kept and convenient to use.
On departure, Carol arranged a maxi cab for us and Georgia in the office really saved us. She helped get our luggage downstairs, and then, when my parents left their passports in the cab, she came to our rescue, tracking down the cab and having the driver return to the airport quickly. I can't say enough about the welcome feeling and attention to detail provided by staff members here. This was the end of a 3 week vacation in New Zealand and Australia, and by far, some of the best hospitality, which is saying a lot in these welcoming countries. Thank you. I hope to return someday.

Stayed for 9 nights in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment. Facilities were perfect, clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment block has easy and secure access to the pool, spa and gym, from the ground to your apartment floor is all secure and accessible only by the guests staying in the apartment.
Would recommend to any single, couple or family.
Check in was easy and helpful staff answered any questions, nothing was too much trouble, have stayed previously and would always stay.
Location to city, trams, trains is within a few minutes' walk and plenty of restaurants. Close to DFO shopping, casino and Convention Centre.

We booked direct with the property and received a much better rate then going through a booking agent. The staff were very accommodating and even upgraded us to a 2 br apartment.

Home away from home in the heart of the action. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and contempory apartment in secure complex only moments walking distance from Crown Complex, Convention Centre and everything South Wharf has to offer. Our one bedroom apartment also enjoyed awesome views across and down the Yarra. Secure undercover parking if you have a car with easy access to major routes out of town. Friendly staff, great location and great amenities like heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym make this a fantastic place to stay. Will definitely stay again when next in Melbourne.

Much depending on the type of apartment chosen, ours is well equipped and comes with kitchen and laundry machines. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mind you this is not a hotel building but the apartments are part of a residential block. Noisy kids and loud parties are not welcomed. There is a heated swimming pool but however it is a pretty narrow one. Length wise is about 20-25m.

Fantastic accommodation, friendly staff who were very helpful. The location is a short walk to convention centre and DFO. Trams are also a short walk away. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable with views of the Yarra and the bay. Will be our choice to stay at when visiting Melbourne.

What a great apartment complex, check in super easy, and we stayed in apartment 504 which has recently be refurbished. 2 bed 2 bathroom with amazing window (no balcony) but a bar type leaner you can sit at and look at the river. Lap pool and gym looks great (thou didn't use). Great location, free tram stop 1 block away and over the river is lots of restaurants.

Great location, easy to get too. We arrived after office hours and had no issue in accessing the after hours locked box and entering our booked apartment. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with balcony apartment. It was clean, and well equiped. Great view over the Yarra river.
