I booked this apartment for a trip with friends in August 2020. Due to the COVID restrictions placed upon us by our State Government, I was forced to cancel the booking. I attempted to contact them 4 times with no response and therefore was forced to dispute the payment with my credit card company. At the risk of losing income, they responded to the credit card company saying they had a no cancellation policy. I am normally very vigilant on the no cancellation policies and did not see this as I was booking until I received my confirmation. I asked them to move my booking - no response. Please do not lose your valuable money because the owners can't be bothered communicating. Even in a pandemic they are unable to be flexible

Never ever make a booking at these apartments. My booking was cancelled 10 days prior to my arrival due to a supposed invalid credit card. This was not correct and after many phone calls they would not rebook me. Within 2 days the apartment was then on a booking site for $1000 more than my quoted price for a 4 day stay. They are unethical and should not be allowed to operate.

I stayed here during the Australian Open tennis. The location is good, right opposite Southern Cross Station and there is a decent branch of Coles opposite. It’s very hard to get hold of the keys and then find the property. The welcome is certainly not friendly. The apartment itself was acceptable....just, but I would hate to have to sleep on the sofa, which looked as if it had had the s**t kicked out of it. The bathroom was OK. It had shampoo, shower gel etc left by previous occupants which seems both mean and insanitary, considering the cost. Don’t be fooled by the serviced apartment title....it happens once a week so if you are there less than 7 days, the towels and bed linen will not be replaced. I decided to clean the bathroom myself. Sometimes you get what you pay for.... and sometimes you don’t. For the price I paid, I would sooner have stayed in a hotel.

Location is the only plus. Room not cleaned well. Missing cutlery, dirty, mouldy shower. Washing machine smells of mildew. Damaged PowerPoint's. Very basic overall. Owners demanded $300 bond to be paid before receiving key. Totally not good value.

Due to covid restrictions (lockdown) we had to cancel our stay. We were looking to change dates. We were told this was not possible and would have to cancel losing a substantial amount of money. Even though legally they were unable to except guests.

Booked 2 nights. Cancelled night before. They took both nights fees and re let the unit that night effectively double dipping. Would have been happy to forfeit first night fee but not both. Manager wasn’t willing to negotiate and did not respond to any communications after saying she would. No reception we were tone met on the street with a EFTPOS machine for a bond. Never going back there to book anything. Very poorly managed. Beware

Excellent location, good value for money. With that said the room was dirty, and I mean yuck. Clearly hadn't been cleaned between our visit and the people before us. Food and marks on the wall, grime on hairdryer and hair on floor. Arrived early as we informed the host prior to visit but had to muck around calling numbers to find out how to check in as there's no front reception. Wi-fi non existent so avoid if you require the internet for work purposes. Glad I didn't pay too much for the stay.

The worst experience ever. The motel said our booking was cancelled when we arrived to check in with no explanation at all. The premises has no reception it is a Asian take away shop so you cannot speak to anyone there about it. We were left to try to find alternate place to stay . Definitely do NOT book here !

Friend's and I booked in good faith for a rugby game. COVID happened and they refuse to refund money, even though we could not physically get there.
Appalling service delivery, and a complete disregard for everyone else's situation but their own. They were not even willing to meet us half way.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

They collected 300 AUD as deposit in cash when we check in. Promised to return in cash when we checkout. When we checkout, owner reluctantly return the deposit after 20 mins of waiting. (intense demanding is essential if u want your deposit back) No room service during 3 days of stay. *Owner probably is from Mainland China 👎 What a behaviour?
