Detailed Reviews
Perfect layout with open concept kitchen & living room separating two spacious bedrooms. Washer/drawer in one of two bathrooms meant for an easy catch-up on cleaning travel-ware. Two blocks from Sth cross station and easy access to the highlights in Melbourne by tram. Will book again next time visiting.

We stayed in a two bedroom newly completed apartment in the Batman Street complex and it was really nice. Spacious living area. Both rooms had a built in wardrobe. Small balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was good with a good size shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Internal European style laundry, iron, ironing board. Everything you need for a short or long term stay. We also had a car spot downstairs in the building carpark accessible via remote security roller door. Within walking distance of CBD centre (there is a tram stop 500m away in the free team zone area) Bourke Street shopping mall. Coles around the corner for your grocery needs. Flagstaff park across the road. We went there to see the NYE fireworks and we had a great view. Highly recommend for single/couple (1 bedders also available) and family of 4. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Superb hotel with an excellent view!
We stayed in the building at 65 Dudley Street (100 meters from the main reception) and had a great stay.
Close to everything and is in the free tram zone.
The apartment is well maintained with everything we needed (equipped kitchen, dryer, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, toiletries...).
The bed was comfortable and the pillows I loved them, they were neither too soft nor too hard, just right.
A little extra for the bottles of water made available in the fridge upon our arrival.
Although the reception is not located in the same building, the staff has always been helpful, professional and above all very responsive when we needed them.
The only negative point: The rooms are a little too narrow, little space to move around the sides of the bed and especially to open the wardrobe.
We will come back without hesitation!

Great location near southern cross station. Shree at the reception was more than helpful offering me a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit as I was carrying a large bicycle box with me . Also offered to assist me in taking my luggage to my unit. Spotless clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer which came handy as my water bottle had leaked into my suitcase 😂
Highly recommend !

The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. The shower had a large shower head with great water pressure & instantly hot which was appreciated after being out in the cold. The apartment was fully self contained so we could cook and wash as we pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodate they do anything do make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The apartment is clean and smelled good and they even offer laundry detergent.
There's an intercom that gives access to friends and family or uber eats.
The location is super. 7mins walking distance to the shops.
The downside is that the fire brigade was just across the road and they are all the time switching on that annoying siren so was quite noisy 😑 and the bedroom didn't have an air-conditioned or fan and it got quite warm sometimes. The only place with air-conditioning was the living room but it took a while for the bedroom to could down. But apart from I highly recommend this place :)

These apartments are a little away from the CBD, but we booked one on the basis of the photos which all showed balconies with city views. When we got to our apartment in Batman St, we were very disappointed to find a dark apartment with little natural light and a no view due to a frosted balcony. If the frosting was not there we would have looked directly at the high rises surrounding us on 2 sides. In addition the balcony was uninviting with basic furniture and a broken tile. We contacted staff, but apparently couldn’t be moved. He said he’d speak to the manager and get back to us, but didn’t. I could have stayed in a better location for similar price.

I was a little confused when I first booked 5 nights here. I didn’t realise that there were two seperate buildings for these appartments.
One of the buildings has the parking garage, the pool and the gym and apartments. The other only has apartments.
Check in for both buildings is at the 399 Spencer Street address.
A week before our stay I had seen a review that briefly touched on this. Before then I had no idea. I called them up and they kindly moved us to the building with the parking, pool and gym. The guy on the phone, Japs, he was so easy to deal with. The apartment was great.
Close to all public transport, bus directly out front of the building. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, particularly at night. The photos off my phone really don’t do it justice. We were on the 23rd floor and could see so much of the city and the bay. The apartment had everything we needed. There was the down side that there is a fire station as one of the neighbours and was at times a bit noisy. We had a great stay.

Great specious apartment with great amenities. Will definitely coming back soon.
Pool and gym was perfect for our vacation. Close to public transport and edge of city. Quite apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Clean apartment with reasonable price and great staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, the apartment was clean with big soft and comfy bed. It is also close to the tram station. Everything about the apartment was good. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Melbourne again.

No Sorry we do not have. but the building is very secure that no one able to get access to the level of the apartment unless they are living in that level.
"Building 420 allows access to the pool and Gym, 392 does not so check which building you are in!"Read full review
