Arrived Friday evening, could not park outside, was greeted downstairs by the manager who handed over keys. Room was average, well used, complete with stained (grotty) furniture, not what anyone would call luxury but was adequate (not reflective of the price we paid for two...More

I think when you 'check in' they already have an apartment selected for you, so you would want to request a high floor when you make your reservation. I cannot remember exactly, but it seemed this building probably had 30-50 floors in it. I know it had enough to have elevators designated for certain sections. I can probably ask my kids & they would remember how many floors! Just know that 'check in' isn't like most places. You have to let them know when you'll be there & they will meet you & that would work very smoothly. But if they don't meet you, it is rather difficult. If it isn't at a time for them to meet you, make sure you get instructions beforehand, (including where to park & which space number) then it wouldn't be so bad. You will have to stop around the side for someone to get keys & garage remote before you can park.
